Nearly waited outside for almost an hour for someone to come to show us a rental space. Hours say open until 5pm yet no one is on the premise several hours before closing time. After waiting 35 minutes (after being told someone would be there in 10 minutes), we were finally contacted again and was told they would “see if the property manager was in the area”. Will be looking somewhere else after one hour later and still no contact.

I moved months ago across the country, when getting my stuff out i went into the office and canceled. i noticed in december that i was charged for that month and the previous month and have been trying to call and NO ONE answers. its now january and i have been charged again. i am disputing everything but this should never have been a problem in the first place.
