Regal UA Washington Township offers a generally comfortable and enjoyable movie-going experience, with friendly staff and clean facilities. Many visitors appreciate the reclining seats, making it a nice place to watch first-run films. The theater is known for its easy online ticket purchase, including discounts like military and AARP, and for showing the movies customers want to see. However, the experience can vary. Some reviews mention issues like low volume during a movie, which made it hard to understand the plot, and long concession lines at busy times. The cost of popcorn and beverages is considered very high, with some feeling that the prices are not worth the experience. Customer service also varies; while staff are usually friendly, there have been instances where employees appeared short with customers or seemed unhelpful. Maintenance and cleanliness concerns have been reported, including a late start to a movie, a dirty seat with cheese, broken sinks, and out-of-order stalls, leading to disappointment and questions about the theater's upkeep. Overall, Regal UA Washington Township remains a popular choice for moviegoers who value convenience and comfort, but recent issues with service and cleanliness have affected its reputation.
Nice facility. Comfortable seats. Plenty of parking. They did a pretty good job cleaning between shows.

My favorite local theater. Seats are comfy. it's an older theater and kind of chilly but I just bring a blanket. Comfy recliner seats are the most important thing for me when choosing a theater. And of course good sound and picture quality.
