“The staff here is wonderful. They're extremely friendly and ready to help. They can help with all the majors, FedEx, UPS, USPS and even some DHL. The silly complaint that they didn't act like other FedEx locations is obvious -- this isn't FedEx. It's like complaining FedEx won't ship your UPS package. Anyway, if you want genuine help and lots of flexibility, this is the place.”
“We had to submit a passport application and could not make an appointment. The staff at the office graciously agreed to process our application. They were patient, meticulous, and kind. They even let me borrow the eyeglasses so I could better see how I was signing the check :-) Overall, I was very impressed. Fantastic folks! Thank you!
