Very upset with this facility. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered WITH signature confirmation from NY to NJ... 2 hours away!... The recipient was not home on the first attempt. The post office then LOST the package or somehow delivered it to someone else without a signature and wrote a BS letter which does not help. Shipper be aware if you ship something more than $100 always use insurance especially with USPS, they have been terrible recently... The tracking STILL shows HELD AT FACILITY BY CUSTOMER REQUEST... which makes NO SENSE and is also ridiculous.

Try and get someone on the phone. What a joke. You sit through a couple minutes of passport information you didn't call for, then the automated message tells you get hold on if you want to speak to someone. Phone rings maybe 20 times and disconnects you. The supervisors must be there until closing and all the carriers are back from their routes. No answer.

We had to submit a passport application and could not make an appointment. The staff at the office graciously agreed to process our application. They were patient, meticulous, and kind. They even let me borrow the eyeglasses so I could better see how I was signing the check :-) Overall, I was very impressed. Fantastic folks! Thank you!

I live in a townhome community so we have cluster mailboxes. I went to get my mail and the doors to the mailboxes were wide open when they are normally locked. I tried for an hour to get in touch with the Sewell post office directly and kept getting disconnected. Not sure how else to report a serious issue like this that requires a prompt response. Customer service is horrendous.

Prepaid shipping packages are dropped off in the morning and the items are not tracked to ship until the evening. Which gives the impression that the day shift do not scan packages and allows them to pile up for the next shift. If so, that system prevents customers packages from.going out in a timely matter. Poor customer service.

Carrier misdelivered package. Didn’t do anything to help even though there’s proof of misdelivery. Also don’t bother calling this place. I called 15 times and no one ever picks up, when I went into the office, the phone rang several times no one bothered picking up the phone

This post office is horrendous. I spent money to have a check mailed, to complete an issue with the BBB, certified mail, return receipt, signature required. The post card came back with no signature and no date of delivery. Highly unacceptable!!

I have waited over 2 months to get a new lock and key for my condo and still have not received it. I have called and come to the post office twice a week and still get met with the same excuse that they are waiting on locks to be delivered. I would give a zero star rating if I could.
