NP sent rx from urgent care. Long line at pharmacy with all 3 registers manned. Couldn’t find my filled rx. All 3 techs/cashiers looked through every bin and the pharmacists also joined search. Refilled immediately. Everyone was courteously and focused. Thanks for the responsiveness.
