Do not every book a stay at The Boulevard. They take your money even if there is a glitch in the computer system when you try to book a room. It does not pay to even look at that place. The manager is very nasty and rude, and from what I read from comments of other guests, it is better to go somewhere else where the people welcome guests with open arms.

Easy to get to from the highway, which is important down there. Prices at the bar for food and drinks are very reasonable for a shore venue. If I go back, I wont stay any place else. Saw a couple wedding parties onsite and it looks like a great place for a reception. But my #1 complement is, a credit card fell out of my wallet, and as I was leaving the desk called to tell me that the cleaning staff found it and brought it up front . Honesty like that is unfortunately rare these days!

Hotel LBI is a nice place. Facility, amenities, and rooms are nice. Only criticism I have are some of the pillows had a foul odor to them. Maybe the covers weren't changed from a previous guest? We enjoyed the dining options. One night, we had to call the front desk because it sounded like there was a floor exercise competition in the room above us for a few hours.

The room was big and modern . The location is not in a pretty place and does not have nice views from it's verandas but it is a few blocks from the beach.
Now for the negative.
I got sick from the food I ate in the best restaurant they had on the premises. I spoke to a front desk employee and was promised a call from the food manager and it never came. I spoke to the General Manager Griffin (sp?) and she promised me a phone call from the Food manager which never came. It is now approximately 3 weeks after my stay and I called again approximately 3 days ago. I asked for the General Manager to call me and she did not return my call. Unfortunately I am now writing this post. My illness was not taken seriously and one full day of my getaway was wasted in the bathroom. I am saddened that such a pretty hotel could not get it together to speak to me when I requested.
Update 3 weeks later :
The review caught the attention of the management and I finally heard from the food and beverage manager Keith and then from Julie via email the very next day .
They would not compensate for my lost day due to food related illness at the restaurant. They compensated us for the meal itself. When I asked for the stay compensation I was informed that they have read my other reviews on Google (good and bad) which I could not figure out what that had to do with the current problem. Julie said she could not do anything further.
I am disappointed that they did not take this problem seriously and responded immediately. Instead the review sparked them to notice. To this day, Griffin has not returned my lengthy message from a few days ago.

I am full time here and always spent my Thursday nights at LBI Hotel happy hour. in the off season Went last week, and was so disappointed. They changed the menu, portions were much smaller and the prices were higher than usual. My husband and I spent 100.00 and left hungry. The bar pizza they served was embarrassing. Elios frozen pizza squares are bigger!!!!!! Spent 15.00 on a small cup of french fries that use to be on the happy hour menu but no longer now. The waiter was wonderful as usual ..... he said there is a new chef and they have been getting a lot of complaints. That weekend we had reservations to eat at SALT in the hotel, we canceled our reservations. I love to support our businesses all winter long when business is slower, but not at small portions and higher prices. Such a disappointment. Will not be going back :(. Yes I called the hotel to let them know.

This is really a review of the food on the rooftop bar area, not the hotel itself. $40 for 2 pizzas, and they were some of the lowest quality pizzas I have had. Don't order pizza here!

Our wedding at Hotel LBI was a perfect day. From the moment we saw the venue for the first time, my husband and I could immediately envision ourselves celebrating there. Donna, the Director of Sales and Catering, made sure that everything we wanted, needed, and didn't even know was possible, was taken care of. They made sure to set up our decorations the night before to ensure our wedding day ran perfectly smooth from the moment we woke up to the moment our last guest said goodbye. The entire staff, from the maître d, Petra, to the servers and their Captain, Bella, were attentive, professional, and made the entire day go off without a hitch. No matter your event, Hotel LBI is sure to work with you from start to finish to make sure you have a better experience than you ever even imagined.

We had our wedding labor day weekend 2024, through out our experience Donna, Petra, and Emily took care of us. Our guest are still raving about the service and the food being phenomenal! During the day of the wedding Emily followed me around and helped me through every step of the day (bride). Lets not forget Petra who ran the show and stayed with the grooms men, and man was she on it. No need to stress when Petra is around, absolutely perfect day. Donna became like family during the planing and was very thorough and well organized helping set everyone else up with everything needed day of. Over all our room was perfect, food perfect, every staff member was happy and kind from the Valet, Charlie, the bartender Caitlin, even the waiters. Our venders Dash of Class Dj Peter was thrilled with communication, our florist Erin had a pre existing relationship, and everyone was glowing including the sky which held out despite the warning if rain!!!

Very nice Hotel. However they did not have Any decaf kcup coffee for the room. I have never been to a hotel that didn't have that. I can't drink caffeine for health reasons so it was a big inconvenience

It's an amazing boutique hotel. Spacious rooms, exquisite dining, indoor pool, very friendly staff. Great for wedding venues. A must try spot in LBI.
