I recently visited Surf Unlimited and was extremely disappointed. I purchased a bikini that I later discovered was from SHEIN, marked up to $40. This is a blatant overpricing for a product that costs a fraction of that online. I expected better from a local surf shop and will not be returning. JUST AVOID THE PLACE AT ALL COSTS. BECAUSE WHO KNOWS WHAT ELSE THEY ARE SELLING THAT IS SHEIN. Just trying to rip off a local patron that has been shopping there for years. Scammers. Do better Surf Unlimited.

Nicest business owners on the island. Needed a pair of fins for a trip to Puerto Rico, called everyone on the island, no one had any my size. They were sold out also and without hesitation Chris offered to let me borrow his personal pair. Can't say enough nice things about the place. They really saved the day for me.

My son took surf lessons with Chris today and had such a great time. I appreciated that he took the time to teach him about rip currents & how to get out of one along with all the other super cool, surfer stuff.

Wetsuit I bout from here cost $500 ended up ripping at the legs and sleeves first time out. They said when we give it back they will get me a new suit, so we gave it back mid summer it is now November 18 and I still have not been able to get my wetsuit back even after multiple calls and visits. Just ruined a swell for me because it was too cold to use my other wetsuit. Don't recommend.

Purchased a new surfboard from this shop. Was a locally shaped board sold to me by a local guy. He was very knowledgeable and will deff receive more business from me in the future.

Coolest guys on the block, super kicked back environment. Nice local shop with decent selection of gear and apparel. If your a weekender or visiting for the day they can supply for your water sports needs.

Came down to try paddleboarding and had a great time. Our instructor Colleen, could not have been better! She was knowledgeable and patient and had us up and moving in no time!....George (owner) was also very accommodating and friendly! We will be back to LBI and Surf Unlimited!

Surf Unlimited has been around for a LONG time. And for good reason. It offers up better prices than some of the "bigger" stores in the area and has a distinctly local feel. Jetty clothing, locally made boards, great wetsuits and sunglasses. They also did a great job of rebuilding since Sandy so all the more reason to "keep it local."
