I recently had an exceptional experience at Aesop, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by Ryan. His expertise led me to discover a range of quality products, and during the consultation, I had the opportunity to try several of them firsthand, enhanced by the use of a hot towel treatment for my hands. The Reverence Aromatic Hand Wash stood out to me as particularly remarkable, and I also received a selection of skincare products to try out as well. Overall, my experience was both aesthetically pleasing and soothing. I look forward to trying out more of their offerings in the near future!!

Was unfamiliar with products when I walked in. Everything looks the same and the store associates decided to completely ignore me. And there was only one other customer in the store. Happy to turn around and take my business elsewhere.

I second what another review said about Najee. A phenomenal and respectful salesman. I went in not knowing what exactly I wanted but knew I wanted something rich and tailored to my preferences, and he really spent the time getting to know ME and paired me with products that perfectly complimented my style. I hope the bosses show him the appreciation he deserves!

I was in need of a hand cream to help with my super dry hands. Brandon helped me find the right product. He talked me into using a body balm instead. The team here is knowledgeable, kind, and generous. I went home with my new balm, and a few complimentary travel body gels. Love Aesop!

Who knew Australia had a thriving beauty industry. I guess such a big island has diverse environments, so they have a wide variety of products. Very well educated sales staff, with good recommendations.

I was referred to this brand by a friend so I tried it. Upon walking in I was greeted by Tiandra one of the knowledgeable, helpful and beautiful consultants working at the time. She had me try several different products to get a feel for things since I’m new at the the whole skin care lifestyle. I explained I really just wanted a moisturizer which I did buy but she convinced me that I needed the whole kit which I will be going back to grab this week! Definitely a brand I’d refer to a friend!
