I will start by saying service wise when I walked in the employees were very welcoming . When I did my lashes I was not in love with it but I decided not to complain and just let it be . A day in I noticed that it was starting to fall out there was a lot of empty space not filled in properly and it was also hanging off my eyes . I called them for an adjustment which I am entitled to after 3 days of doing my lashes if I was not satisfied . When I called it was as if they didn’t believe me that my lashes were falling out and was forcing me to send a picture . I have been coming to amazing lashes for years and never in my life was I ever asked to take a picture for the stylist . I politely stated that when I come in for the adjustment they can take the pictures for themselves and show it to the stylist so she can do better . The employee kept forcing me to do it which I didn’t feel comfortable doing . That is not my job . I would never go back there again and just ended up not even going for the adjustment due to the passive aggressive attitude I was receiving from the staff . If a paying customer doesn’t like the work don’t question them and just fix the problem !!!! My lashes are only a week in and it is so thin and ugly and I pay for the extra volume !

Called twice today & twice the other day to get pricing & an appointment. I called & immediately get placed on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up & they never call me back. I’m good I’ll just go to Montclair or Westfield. There’s plenty options in the area.

I’m actually someone from out of town that was visiting in the area and desperately needed a lash refill and I’m so glad I went to Amazing Lash Studio Short Hills! The staff is all very kind and polite. My lashes are great! I even had a little lash issue due to where I had last went and the lash technician Gabby did her best to fix it! Gabby is also super nice and if I could, I would have her as my lash technician all the time! I highly recommend her and this location.Service: Eyelash extensions

This is a great lash studio! The staff is all very nice and my lash technician Gabby was amazing! Not only is she good at what she does, she’s also kind. I highly recommend getting your lashes done here and booking with Gabby as well!

I have been going to amazing lash Warren and Short Hills for over a year now and I absolutely love them! Every refill I come out looking fabulous no matter the stylist. Lindsey and Denise are awesome, as is the rest of the staff and receptionists. A great value , they can give you exactly the look you want for your lashes. Highly recommend!

I must share my incredibly positive experience at Amazing Lash Studio in Warren. I had the most lovely master stylist named Hayley assigned to me. Hayley was pleasant, kind, and professional. She did a phenomenal job applying a full set of lash extensions for me. The establishment was clean and inviting. The staff were all kind and friendly. I am truly pleased with the whole experience and my lashes have never looked better!
