They don’t know what they are doing. How can you put someone behind the counter and they don’t even know plans etc. 2nd time there and both times same experience. The employees are clueless. Never again and people don’t waste your time.

Have been using AT&T and never got disappointed with customer service they provide.Thankful for manager Will, for taking patience to resolve problems and create a transfer for two lines between the accounts!

Worst customer care experience I had today. My husband & I had gone to port his number from another carrier to ATT. The sales representative was not paying attn and picked a data plan for my mobile instead of talk, text & data. He was so frustrated and not interested in talking to us. He didn’t even acknowledge that it was his mistake and has no intention of taking ownership and fixing the issues for us.What kind of sales people does employ and why don’t they take ownership of an issue that their associates cause.Don’t ever go to this store with issues. Better to go to corporate store at short hills mall…

I went into the short hills location with a major problem and needed a solution fast. Thank God Will was there to help me. This gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I left the store with a new phone. He got the job done in less than 1 hour which is almost unheard of with my past experiences. I will only do business with Will for now on. I could not be happier with the service and how professional he was. That man deserves a raise. I suggest anybody with an issue reports to that location and ask Will for help. You won’t be disappointed

Layne is the most amazing sales rep I have ever had the pleasure of working with at AT&T. Her knowledge, patience, willingness to help from start to finish is second to none. Jamal was phenomenal. One of the best customer service representatives I have encountered at AT&T. Wished you could clone him. His mother raised him well. My husband is upgrading his phone soon and we will request Jamal as our representative - Jamal is the man! He should have ten stars. Just an all around good kid. Patient and attentive…not to mention he laughed at my jokes. Well Done AT&T. I am pleased.Let Jamal know I hope he gets a bonus ?

Nick Nath was amazing. From the moment I walked into the store everybody was kind and greeted me. They helped me pick the right products and make sure I walked out of there feeling satisfied with their great and comforting service. I would recommend their store to all my family and friends, will definitely be back for any future needs. Thank you again for making my first visit with AT&T incredible. Service like this is what’s going to make me a long time member!

December 20, 2022 Went to store for an activation at 10:30 am. Store was closed despite sign on door advertising a 10:00 a.m. open time. Waited fifteen minutes...no one showed. Left. Yep. Prior review so true. Clueless about customer service.
