Terrific quality, fair prices. I'd not have bought online, it's great having a brick and mortar location to hold and feel the merchandise.

Had a horrible interaction with Paula at the short hills store. Very arrogant behaviour for a supposedly premium store. For a couple of items that were delivered to UPS access point Paula asked that we go and pick up from there or wait long enough for the items to be sent back to Boll & Branch for a refund. All of this while not apologising for the inconvenience at all.Good stuff at the store but experiences like these and specially representatives like Paula make it hard for customers to return or shop online.

Paid $250 for a set in 2019. We followed all care instructions. 2 years after purchase the fitted sheet started tearing. Wrote to their customer service who said “they will last longer if you switch them out every other week”. Really? ?Contacted by customer support who rectified the situation promptly to our satisfaction.

I don't really get the hype. The sheets were fine, but way overpriced. I ordered the signature hemmed sheets @ $268 (King). Yes, they were very soft, yes they were light as a feather, no they did not make me feel any cooler sleeping. Quite frankly I like my $35 (king set) sheets from Ikea just as much, although they do have a different feel, they are far cooler than the Boll and Branch sheets. If you have money to spare, the BB sheets are great. But if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on sheets, don't worry...you are not missing anything.

why do they suppress google reviews? go ahead and look....it looks like google reviews but its not. they control reviews seen. reason is the sheets really are nothing special. just a cleaver advertising campaign. i washed the sheets in hot water after a bout of covid 19 and developed holes. their answer.......sorry but you should have not washed then in hot water. i suppose all the high end hotels and 3 american presidents do not wash their sheets in hot water?

I am embarrassed that I fell for their "luxury" branding.Ordered four down alternative pillows and disliked them very much. They were extremely heavy and not at all what I expected. Sent an e-mail requesting instructions for return. A week later I had not gotten a reply, so I called them. I got a recording telling me to go to a website. So I went there and filled out a form, which made no sense and if I hadn't clicked on all the weird little squares I wouldn't have ended up with printable UPS labels. I had to find four boxes for the pillows, to which I attached the labels. Took them to the UPS Store and dropped them off.Followed the tracking and I know they were delivered four days later. Then I waited a couple of weeks for acknowledgement of receipt, which never happened. No e-mail that the packages were received. Waited another week...still no acknowledgement. Called again and could not reach an actual human. Extremely frustrated and I will probably have to do a chargeback with my bank.I'm just so stunned that for all that money, this is the customer service I've received. I spent a ton of money on these pillows thinking that I would receive a fabulous sleep experience and would also receive stellar customer service. I feel scammed, bilked, and lied to. We're all such suckers for this marketing.By the way, it's been a month and no one has replied to that e-mail.

I like the color of the sheets, however, the price is very high for what you get. The sheets are not miraculous. The sheets are average. And the duvet cover is not that great at all. I will be sending these back for a refund and buy some Costco sheets instead (for one-fourth the price).

Great advertising, marketing, etc.! The product is horrible and extremely over-priced. The sheets are scratchy and hot - immediately returned ($230 for set of sheets). They give themselves a lot of hype with "customer testimonials" on their site - but you cannot even leave a Google review for this company. Avoid.

I like many others heard the ads for these sheets on the radio. I wouldn't normally spend this kind of money for just a set of sheets but after reading the reviews on their website I was hooked. Well I think they must have people who write these rave reviews who have never had them or slept on them. By the way, as a purchaser of their product I tried to figure out how to leave a review but never could! The only thing fancy about these sheets is the packaging that they come in. The sheets themselves are plain Jane sheets. they do not get softer as you wash them, as they claim in their ads. They are like sandpaper in comparison to other sheets that I own. The only thing I can think of good about these sheets is that they seem like they are generous sized. Like having an oversize sheet of sandpaper to sleep on!! I have to admit that I feel like a total fool for falling for the hype that they put out on this product ... and being willing to pay this outrageous price for a set of sheets. These owners must be laughing at anyone who falls for their sales pitch. I can tell you that I had previously purchased a couple of sets of king sized sheets from Macy's (Charter Club Damask King, 550 Thread Count, 100% Supima Cotton). Once I had tried these junk B&B sheets, even after several washings, I was sooo happy to go back to these wonderful Macy's sheets. To be honest, you could probably put microfiber sheets from Costco or Walmart and be more comfortable than with these B&B sheets. Its going to be both painful & joyful to throw these sheets in the garbage.
