The WROST customer service EVER!!!First of all in entrance they ask you questions like what do you exactly want?? I said i need to see although i knew what i want to purchase but still?? Why? Cant we just see and make our mind? The voice tone chnage with your appearance by the way! Lol its a shock to them when you end up purchasing and during the whole process you can feel their tone and body language changing!Second you can’t be in hurry because they have a untrained staff. Don’t know how to use system, dont know how to pack . And can take 30 minutes to pack a small piece of item.If you ask someone where the salesman went who is assisting they come back on you in RUDE and arrogant attitude. Then rather than checking what’s happening they debate and insult you. Happen to me today at Short Hills Cartier!!Shame on CARTIER for such a service. Wrost customer service even local commercial store have manners and service! Please learn fromBVLGARI!! Its next door.Ps, this was a purchase for a friend i was helping, i swear i will never go there ever again!

Terrible Experience and will never shop from this one .Purchased a watch and extra watch strap back in march 2023. first the sales never offer us any drink until we paid and I’ve been told watch strap order will have to wait for 6-8 weeks that was totally fine with me but after 4 months I contacted SA only reply I got was “ still not received your order “ so last week (half years already ) I emailed Cartier customer support SA called me one day after told me order is ready to pick up. Today I went over she totally forgot about it and keep telling something else to me …… but anyway when she gives that strap a date labeled on plastic bag was 4/23/2023 ….. totally speechless I will assume she received it long ago.

Five stars for Michael Riccio- strongly recommend when scheduling appointments to ask for him. Has helped me on several occasions, is knowledgeable, patient, and makes you feel as valuable and important as whatever jewelry piece you are there for. It’s been a bit since I last purchased something here, but when I have, it’s usually because of Michael.

Had the most amazing experience with Michael Riccio! We’ve gone here a few times and purchased things and have not met one SA that tried to introduce themselves, always a one and done purchase. He was friendly and thoughtful and made our experience so good! Happy to say we’ve found someone to continue working with at this location.

Who doesn't love Cartier right. The only reason not to get a 5 star is because I had to wait about 25 minutes to get in the store on a Monday afternoon. I didn't have an appointment so he made me wait 25 minutes outside the store... to see a sales representative. But the store was empty.I'm not really into these fancy places but I just thought it was strange. I had lots of cash in hand to spend and I could've easily taken that money next door.But overall the place is beautiful. Staff is great. But I guess that's how they operate. Keep it exclusive. You can't just walk in and buy.

I visited the Short hills mall location today and Ricardo helped me and my family. I purchased a love bracelet, got a bracelet cleaned and a cord replacement on a trinity bracelet and Ricardo handled all my requests with ease. I want to thank Ricardo for his professionalism and positive attitude. He was very easy to talk to and made the experience memorable. I drove from Brooklyn to come to this location and because of Ricardo I will be back. Thank you Ricardo!

I purchased a ring from this location a YEAR AND A HALF AGO and never received a certificate of authenticity, it was never even mentioned at the time of purchase. I contacted my sales associate a few weeks after my purchase and he said he would send it via mail. After waiting and never having received anything in the mail, I contacted him again twice more and never got a response. I called the store last month and they said they would send it. Never received anything even after confirming my address multiple times. I called again twice and they keep saying they would send it and speak to my sales associate to contact me. After weeks, I finally got a text from my sales associate and he said to let him know if I didn't receive the certificate by a certain date. I haven't so I texted him letting him know. No response. I don't live in the area anymore so what am I supposed to do, fly across the country for this? How difficult is it to send one document? I find this so ridiculous. Being a luxury boutique, I really expected much much better service. I cannot even begin to describe how disappointed I am and will never go to this store for anything again. I highly DO NOT recommend going to this location.

Had a great experience. The greater(older female) was a charm. She even knew exactly what fragrance I was wearing? She even said it so exquisitely. When we entered, we were then greeted again by security and the representative. We received a great watch lesson and valuable info that we didn't know about watches. I wish I could remember his name. I'll add it when I go back to get the watch. He was AWESOME!

My fiancé and I visited the store in March looking for our wedding bands and Julia Wyman was excellent in guiding us and helping is find what was best for us. We were planning on purchasing it in May but I ended up returning to the states in a quick trip and Julia Wyman was able to get the rings in just on time. Julia is great, very helpful and very professional!!

We came in to resize our ring, signed up and the agent said will call us. That was around 3pm. Nobody called, it is now 4:45pm, we went back. They officially close at 5pm but is closing the curtains and is telling us they are closed and will not listen to us. Bad management bad service, very disappointed for this store given the brand.Having now read the reviews on this store and seen how many 1 star there is, this all make sense now. Clearly the Cartier headquarters doesn’t care about this.

I came to buy a specific thing, which was an in and out process. I arrived at 4:57pm and doors were closed. Didn't notice the sign at the door and the doorman was standing there looking at me and I'm thinking why he's not opening the door? Then I noticed shop closes @5pm on Sundays. So I knocked and asked him to give me one minute as there is still 3 minutes before closing time! He stood there saying we're closed and I'm giving him the signal that ONE minute please! He refused to even step closer to the door and kept talking (impossible to hear anything but I was trying to read the lips) .. very disrespectful, there were customers inside and he'll open the door to let them out. Again, I arrived 3 minutes before closing time so they should've let me in. Rude and disrespectful.

I came to this Cartier Boutique to get my wedding band for July 2023. I made an appointment at 5 and was taken care of very well. I was assisted by a salesman named Mark. He was was very patient and knowledgeable. I love that they are not pushy on upselling you on anything. I also looked at some watches that I want to purchase in the future. Loved that they offer free engraving in house and also offered us some drinks and snacks while we waited. We were treated very well.

Wonderful experience. Did not make an appointment online and made one as a walk in. Got in fast, service was wonderful, purchasing and being sized was easy. They care to make it a wonderful experience. Artwork piece of NJ and NYC made for this store is gorgeous and unique and features their big cat. Will be coming here for all my jewelry needs.

Love the brand. Especially the watches. But the customer service here leaves a lot to be desired. I called earlier in the day to make a reservation at 5. Show up on time and…nothing. Can’t find it in their system. No apologies. They took my number and said they will call when someone is available. Over an hour later, still no call. C’mon man.

See Marco Ranieri.He was really great with my wife and I. We purchased a new Tank and were really impressed with the great service.We did need to give our name at the door but this is common in the Short Hills mall, for some reason most of the stores, Omega, Rolex and Cartier make you give a name at the door and possibly wait to get in. That part isn't great.Really fantastic store and we will contact Marco again in the future.
