Biased and discriminatory treatment. Unprofessional and inappropriate directors who chose to lie in front of my face, and whisper behind the clients back. Very unprofessional and only failed themselves.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at a Chanel boutique that has left me extremely dissatisfied and frustrated. As a loyal customer of luxury brands and an admirer of Chanel's reputation for quality and elegance, I expected nothing less than exceptional service and product quality. However, the encounter I had with Chanel employees was far from what I had anticipated.I made a substantial investment in a Chanel handbag, valuing it at $7,000, which, by any measure, should represent the epitome of luxury craftsmanship. To my dismay, the bag exhibited a noticeable issue with the chain just one day after my purchase. I couldn't help but question how such a high-end product could deteriorate so rapidly under normal usage. I have never encountered such problems with any other designer bags I own, which are subjected to similar handling and wear.My attempt to address this issue with Chanel employees was met with incredible rudeness and a complete lack of empathy. Instead of acknowledging the problem and offering a satisfactory solution, I was told that the damage must have been my fault, insinuating that I was responsible for the issue. This response was not only unprofessional but also deeply disappointing.I understand that accidents can happen with any product, even luxury ones, but what left me deeply dissatisfied was the dismissive attitude of the employees. When one invests in a Chanel product, they expect a certain level of quality and a customer-oriented approach in the event of any issues. This experience was a stark departure from the high standards I believed Chanel stood for.To potential Chanel customers, I caution you to exercise extra caution and to scrutinize the condition of your purchases thoroughly. My hope is that this review can serve as a cautionary tale for those considering a substantial investment in Chanel products. Luxury brands are not solely defined by their products, but also by the service they provide to their customers. In this regard, my experience with Chanel has fallen far short of my expectations, and it is with great disappointment that I write this review.

OUTSTANDING customer service! My advisor texted me to inquire about how I was doing and if I needed anything. What a lovely touch, and it just so happens I needed a gift for a friend celebrating their Birthday in Michigan, I couldn’t be there. The gift purchase was convenient and seamless - all completed via mobile except the gift was shipped to me instead of my friend! The store leader, Christina called and she listened with empathy, openness and understanding. Natalie the customer service rep also called and her calm professionalism abated my frustration. In the end, the birthday gift will be shipped and I am still amazed at the experience and the graceful manner that my issue was treated. Thank you, to the Chanel team - can’t wait to shop again!

I made my first Chanel purchase at this location. Walking into the store was very intimidating as I was new to the brand. The SA assisting me Alexandra made me feel like a princess during this entire experience. I will forever cherish this bag, not only because of how beautiful it is, though also because of theunforgettable experience provided by Alexandra.

The associate Alexandra C. was excellent. She was patient, professional and friendly. She helped me yesterday thru many ways also showed me the right way to hold my chanel bag correctly. I feel bad because I end up did not like any bag that is in stock. But she was nice enough even I didn't buy any. She also provides water for my daughter and I. Definitely will ask for her again next month and hopefully find my next collection. :) Thanks for your patient Alexandra! You are so sweet! ?

had a fantastic experience shopping at the Chanel store! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they really went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I was looking for. The store itself is beautifully designed, with a luxurious and elegant feel that perfectly matches the Chanel brand. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the product displays and the thoughtful touches throughout the store. Overall, I had a wonderful time shopping at the Chanel store and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality luxury goods and exceptional customer service.

Chai Diaz is amazing! He goes out of his way to be helpful and will find any bag you're looking for.....cannot recommend him highly enough....I've shopped at Chanel boutiques in London, New York and Miami and he's hands down the best....he's the only Chanel employee I've met who delivers on his word....I will be buying all my bags through him going forward!!!

The store is very beautiful and has a large variety of goods, however if you lucky the item you are seen is your size you will purchase it, otherwise if not they have not other sizes, so doesn't help.

I hope the owner understands that if the store is ever to be closed or without sales volume, Lisa is the one to blamed. I have spent a ton of money in this shop, today I brought 5 people in with me to shop the bags. She doesn’t allow us to work with 1 sales. We ended up 3 people goes in whole other 3 friends waiting outside. Our friends were just gonna give us advice but she still doesn’t allow us together. After another 20 min wait, my friends finally come in, then She doesn’t allow us look at the same bag. Saying one sale can only work with 3 people. So they must go away. Bahahahahahahah. This is absurdity. And she displayed extremely rude attitude towards us. Don’t even look at me. I don’t know whether it is discrimination but it is close. I have never seen a worse sales manager like her. We were going to buy 2 bags but we ended up leaving due to her Attitude. This is stupid to the top extend.
