I came here yesterday evening to replace a sloppy custom tag that was done at the 5th Ave store. The customer service was amazing from the moment I called and spoke with Matt on Sunday to coming in yesterday and working with two associates. The young lady who customized my new tag did a wonderful job and it came out perfect.
