Someone should read all the negative comments posted here and do something about it.Not the most pleasant experience - rude condescending staff and long wait times. The only reason I’m not giving this store one star is because of one associate who works there (I believe her name is Sheina) who is absolutely amazing and so professional and friendly. Everyone else should follow her example.Not sure if I will go back to that location again.

The sales experience in this David Yurman store within the ShortHills mall has changed. I have other pieces from the David Yurman line and came in this store to purchase it. The sales lady I had in the past was pleasant, warm, and helpful. The sales guy on Christmas Eve that I had was disappointing, so I decided not to buy anything from this location. The sales guy continued to look down on a handheld device rather than answer my questions properly. Even my teenage daughter felt he was more interested in his handheld device than helping us. Salespeople are usually a reflection of the top of an organization, so the David Yurman brand buying experience is a big issue for me hence I will start to look for a new quality brand to purchase starting with Valentines day. If you decide to buy David Yurman jewelry I would have a list of other locations and read their reviews so you find a location that will match the buying experience you desire.

Not a welcoming place, Very unprofessional staff. My daughter went there to purchase a bracelet for her boyfriend, and the lady was not helpful at all , she was rude and annoyed, that my daughter asked to see a couple of different styles before making her decision to purchase. Also the bracelet was not cleaned or polished even after the lady behind the counter assured her that she will clean it. I wish my daughter would have just walked out instead of making the purchase. I will check the refund policy and go back for a refund.

Interesting visit. to get a gift I had ordered online for pick up in store. The store was dry no greeting from the employees barley wanted to help get the process along. Then they had the nerve to cancel the order just to re process something I already paid for was that for comission. Please hire better Quality folks instead of old ladies who dont have social skills. Having said I got charged twice and had a horrible visit.

Not the best experience.We went in. The sales lady had no personality.She wasn’t very nice. I showed her the exact bracelet I wanted. The blue version of the pink one I had already on my wrist.During the check out time- her system was down. She asked if we’d shopped there before… yes, as shown by the bracelets currently on my wrist. Because the system was down they had to call in the credit card. Seemed very scammy and weird. It took forever for her to package the bracelet. She told us that we’d get an emailed receipt. Never received the receipt via email.This was just the opposite of a good/semi-luxury experience. They sell David Yurman in the Neiman Marcus and the Bloomingdale’s. Go there or just order online. Save yourself the hassle of dealing with them in person.We worked with a different than I normally do. There’s a lady that works there that is amazing and I had a great time shopping with her for a birthday gift. Maybe if we’ve had a different salesperson she’d be better but the lady we had this time was just not good. They definitely need to do better especially when you can buy the same things in two other stores and online.

Purchased a beautiful bracelet for my wife online. We went yesterday to pick it up. I didn't realize the store closed at 7 pm just as we arrived at literally 7:04 . A dark haired young gentleman was just closing the door when I said we were just here to pick up a purchased gift. He said sorry we were closed and locked the door. There was a second light haired young man working as well but behind the counter who was just shaking his head with a smirk on his face saying "NO we are closed." I asked for the manager as he was holding the door closed. The gentleman at the door called out to the manager who then appeared. I stressed to her we rushed over from 20 minutes away and thought they were open till 8 pm like the mall and apologized. I told her it was a gift and was paid for already. She moved the door open and invited my wife and I inside. She asked for my name and ID and retrieved the bracelet. I was so grateful for her kindness and wonderful customer service. She even engaged us in a conversation while the gift was being boxed. I would like to thank Laura P. the manager in Short Hills for her consideration and pleasant attitude. You are a true asset to the company. My wife and I are both business owners for over 35 years! That is how you handle customer service. Thank you and Best Regards. Anthony & Dana

I went in the store today to buy a bracelet that I’ve been wanting for a long time and the lady that was standing there doing nothing daydreaming she didn’t even say hello so I waited. I thought maybe she was in the middle of something but she wasn’t then she says, do you need help? I said yes yes I do and then she asked me was I was another black gentleman I said no then she got an Indian gentleman. I didn’t get his name but he was very nice and he sold me the bracelet that I want it for a long time I wasn’t gonna write anything but you should be nice to people it doesn’t cost you anything and I’m going back tomorrow to look for the same Indian gentleman and I’m going to get his name and buy another bracelet from him.

Worst customer service experience I ever had!! I walked in, there was one young man, one young lady and one older lady all of them with other customers. All three of them looked me in the eyes I said hi to all of them but no one respond. As soon as they were with other customers I looked around and I was waiting for them to finish. The young lady finished first instead of coming to me she walked and passed In front of me,skipped me and went to another customer who walked 10 minutes after me! I don’t know if that happened because I was dressed in shorts and flats but it is a shame because I was about to buy a neck chain for my husband and a bracelet for me.

Thank you Linda and David Yurman/Short Hills. My wife and I are big David Yurman fans having bought her first pair of earrings almost 20 years ago. Unfortunately, one of the pair was lost during our recent relocation to the NJ area. I dropped off the surviving earring as a model for the "half pair" replacement. Linda and her staff insured that it would be completed to our satisfaction and reassured us that this was the best solution for a missing earring.I just picked up the "new" matching earring today...the "new" earring is a perfect match. Can't tell one from the other. They are as stunning as they were 20 years ago. Thanks for everything!

I was in the store April 28, 2022 (in the morning) I was very impressed with the nice young man that helped me. I did not purchase because I wanted to think it over. I will go back this week because of the excellent service

Agree with the salesperson having an attitude. I have trigger thumb which makes it difficult for me to close a clasp. He watched me struggle and made me ask him to help me. Horrible customer service!
