Lainey is a great sales person, was very patient with me and my daughter who had gone in to look for pants for her winter graduation. Pant size we needed was not available in this location however lainey went above and beyond to call other stores and find the pants for us.

Young slim black girl at the register was horrible.She acted as if we were annoying her and I found out the sale from the men’s department. Haven’t been shopping in a while and this experience is why.Everyone else in the store I give 5 stars.

On Tuesday, September 6, 2022, I had the opportunity to shop at Express and met the most wonderful, sincere, and helpful sales associate named Corali! What a breath of fresh air....sometimes as women (especially after this pandemic), we have "weight insecurities" and are unsure or insecure about our current appearances. She talked me out of buying a size XL (my current size is Medium) because I wanted to "Hide my New Pandemic Flaws"... She helped me realize that it wasn't necessary and would detract from the garment's style. She was correct; I sized down, embraced my curves, and looked fantastic. It is not every day that you come across sales associates who are sincere and helpful to this degree. I can’t wait to shop with Corali again!! ?

Walked in and felt slightly overwhelmed. Tamara must have seen my face and came right over to help! She helped me find a matching pant and jacket that complimented my body type and what I was comfortable in. I am usually hesitant to ask for help when in stores but Tamara made it so easy!

Tamara could not have been more helpful with my 15 year old daughter looking for work clothes for her first job. She was patient, and relentless in looking for the right sizes for her. What a great shopping a experience (which is not so easy with a teenage girl!) as a result!

I visited this location on Saturday, December 11, 2021 to return a few items. The checkout line was absurdly long even though every single register was open, and the cashiers were moving slowly. In addition, Express doesn’t require that customers mask up before entering this location, and there was no one monitoring entry into the store to make sure that it didn’t get overcrowded. There was also no one monitoring the check out line to encourage social distancing. In other words, as the country is dealing with a new Covid variant that’s alleged to be the most transmissible of all variants thus far, Express is taking very few precautions and thereby subjecting its customers to far more risk than necessary. Standing in line left me feeling vulnerable, despite my wearing two masks, and I felt even more vulnerable when I reached the register and was forced to stand there for God knows how long as the cashier slowly scanned each item, then rummaged through a box to find the appropriate hanger so that she could hang each item and return to the register to repeat the unnecessarily slow process all over again. What’s more, my cashier had an attitude and was unmasked. Although there was a plastic shield of sorts that stood between she and I, it was only a partial shield and it certainly didn’t shield me from the unmasked customers to my left and right who were no more than two feet away from me if that. I will avoid shopping at Express going forward. My experience here told me that this is not a company that cares about its customers, and I see no reason to continue to shop with them.

My five yrs old son and I were racially profiled in this store today by the manager. Felt weird, that everywhere I went they were talking thru their headphones. When I finished checking out the girl at the cash register told her I was finished smh. Q
