After hosting a gala for domestic violence volunteers, I hosted the keynote speaker. She wanted to explore the mall at short hills as she was from rural VA. When we walked into the Fendi store, no one greeted us, and when we needed help, no one acknowledged us. With that being said, we left and spent our money elsewhere. We were carrying shopping bags, so it should have been clear that we were not window shopping. We were well received at Versace, and Gucci and she spent a lot of money. I do not recommend this store at all. As a NJ native, I was deeply embarrassed about the service. Good thing the other stores had better customer service so our out of town guest did not have a negative outlook for our state in its entirety.

If you shop at this store you must work with Ashely! She made my shopping experience so enjoyable. Ashley took the time to really listen & help me put together the vision for the birthday gift that I was in search of. It was so easy & fun!

Complete lack of any customer service or friendliness exhibited by employees.I walked in with all employees standing around staring at me without seeing a single word.No offering of any help or any other service for that matter.Overall very unwelcoming environment and atmosphere would not go back again.

Great store with excellent service! We visit several luxury stores in the mall all the time but I can categorically say Alexis at Fendi is the best. She helped us with selecting shoes. She was super accommodative and I will always ask for her when I plan to come here again in future.

I went to this location for the LV store but was told by the sales rep that it was a 50 min wait for a sales client. Not sure why I needed one to enter the store. I decided not to wait and went to Fendi across from LV.This was my first shopping experience at this Fendi location in the Short Hills Mall. I was immediately invited in with no wait time and no questions before hand. When I did have questions, Joe was there. He was polite, patient, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase and the experience I had and will def return!

I called ahead of time to make sure the item i wanted was in stock and Alex from Fendi was very helpful over the phone, text, and when i showed up in person to the Fendi store! Great customer service and very welcoming! Establishment seemed very clean!!!

Very disappointed and had a horrible experience at the short hills location recently.The store manager aka “Susan” was not helpful at all in solving a problem caused by one of the sales associates. She treated the business as if it’s a “mom and pop” store and her words are final . Her words to me were “ you don’t have to shop here if you are not happy”….This is astounding. Mom and pop stores have better customer relations and business mind-set than this. What’s most troubling is that Fendi is a trusted global luxury brand and this type of attitude towards customers should never exist at all. Shameful !!

Needs to wait for the sales associates to get in, otherwise you have to get in line. Services are friendly and very helpful.

I wish I could give a zero. I bought a Fendi Roma belt (bum bag) about two years ago and not even a full year after I had the bag, the leather (pleather) material started to mess up on the bag. Took it back to be fixed and they stated it couldn't be. It's just a wear and tear bag. I have only worn the bag a good 6 or 7 times. I no longer wear it because of this issue. No offer to replace the bag was made. So please steer clear of the store in this mall because the bags are not of good quality.

Been waiting since 10:45 I understand you open at 11:00 @ 11 they have the Audacity to say they will be a few more minutes like if I made they’re opening schedule. I get it high line store how ever you need to open on time or get here at 10 to prepare your self for your 11 Am start time

I was surprised how well Joe took care of me and helped me purchase what I needed to. He even offered a birthday card for the gift I purchased. The store is well kept and customer service is A1. D
