I spent a long time at this GAP store today being helped by the most amazing and patient employee Najla. She helped me purchase the wonderful clothes for my latest grand daughter which I had tried to order online (but the GAP's online platform is quite lousy) and helped me pick out more clothes I wanted to purchase. The real kudos comes from her patience however when we tried but failed to charge my older GAP card that had been closed for lack of use (still got the sale emails thus the online statement above) and then tried but failed to input the temporary card number after I opened a new account. I was able to get all the deals however using a different credit card. This entire event took 2 hours! Najla was amazing. If you go on weekends you'll see her (she has a regular day job elsewhere).
And GAP credit card services is horrible and they still don't know what the issue is but a card does give you great deals.

We avoided to shop here because of the crew's behavior at the billing counter, like they were talking to the customer at the counter for extended time , when we are next it took more than 5 minutes, the lady at the other counter saw us waiting but somehow called a different customer. This is an un welcoming behavior.
To be specific the staff during 3 pm.

Will always and forever be my favorite store. Always neat, clean and find something on sale. Workers are friendly and very helpful….

Forget the customer service even if they are nice, they clothes are made with zero ethics and they put kids through the worst. This company’s should fall down to the ground for taking advantage of young children and putting them in the worst working conditions.

Basic clothing at sometimes reasonable prices. Focus on the feel with some fashion elements. Easy returns when walking in but that was a week before they closed the state down, so not many around. They do have a store card that will save you money on store purchases, coupons, and they're usually good for sales a few times a year, but can be crowded.
