Forget the customer service even if they are nice, they clothes are made with zero ethics and they put kids through the worst. This company’s should fall down to the ground for taking advantage of young children and putting them in the worst working conditions.

This is a place you bring your wife. Not much for a working man to see.

Basic clothing at sometimes reasonable prices. Focus on the feel with some fashion elements. Easy returns when walking in but that was a week before they closed the state down, so not many around. They do have a store card that will save you money on store purchases, coupons, and they're usually good for sales a few times a year, but can be crowded.

Customer service was not good. I asked for help to find my size and was brushed off. Clothes are as expected.

Writing this solely because I can't believe the rudeness of an employee working in a children's clothing store. My friend and I came shopping here with her 2.5 month old son. First thing we noticed was, why is this store 95 degrees? Awful. We quickly finished our shopping so we could leave the sauna and the baby became fussy and needed a bottle. There was no line, nobody waiting. My friend was pouring a bottle in front of the register and the cashier literally said "are you ready?", as her baby is crying waiting to eat. Ok, I'll let it slide since we were at the register. So I'm calming the baby down waiting for her to finish making his bottle and she has the nerve to say "can you hand me your items?" I couldn't believe it! We weren't holding up a line, we didn't do anything to cause anyone any trouble other than step aside to feed her child. My advice: if you can't smile at a baby, don't work in retail, and, put some professional attire on.
