Your curbside service is a joke. These instructions from your email to me are a joke because the number has " no voice-mail set up".. and then IT HANGS UP ON YOU...Drive to your store, look for the signs & proceed to the designated pickup area.Valet/Curbside call 973-275-7076 as you arrive.

I've been interested in a pair sneakers which finally came on sale at Nieman Marcus with 40 % discount.Went online and placed it in my shopping bag because I had to go to Nordstrom for another pair of shoes and didn't want to forget to buy them while I was in Nordstrom I saw the same sneakers and they were willing to honor the price but would have to order them so decided to go next door to NM. When I went to NM and spoke with the saleswomen I showed her the sale items and she said it wasn't on sale I said that's impossible here it is in my shopping bag I even refreshes and repurchased it.She said she would inquire with the manager (Hany Daniel). After about 10 min she came out and said that it wasn't on sale and would not be able to give me the sale price at which time I proceed to buy the sneakers online with the 40% discounted price. After my transaction I asked to speak with the manager and asked he if he would honor the price and he said I could not.Hany Daniel I found had no interest in honoring the price after I showed him that a placed the order and was confirmed for delivery. My question now is why he didn't honor it? or is it that NM does not In power their managers/employees to do what is right for the customer service experience and be done honor pricingI'm quite disappointed for a store such as Neiman Marcus would have a manager that would not honor pricing wether online or in store.Totally disappointing experience

Excellent customer service! I was looking for a specific Yves Saint Laurent bag and the sales associate was so helpful and got me in and out! They have a great selection of items at this location and I have never had a bad experience!

I've been a customer of this particular store for many years. I made a purchase at Joe Malone counter, Tom Ford counter... and had the most unpleasant experience with Joy at the Chanel counter. I never felt so unwanted in a store anything I asked for she would respond "nope, out of it" At first I was very embarrassed when I realized I was interrupting her conversation with another employee-She was very dismissive and very rude to meWhen I realized I could not get her to check and see if she had any other Products I needed to refill from my mother- I ended up going over to the Armani counter-there was a nice brunette lady who I told her what it just happened to me at the Chanel counter.She said that that was unacceptable and that if the manager was there that day she would've called them to deal with it and I told her no it was fine. I would say to avoid the Chanel counter at this particular store.

Llona in the salon shoes is the best sales professional. Her level of service is white glove. I went in to return a shoe and she was so amazing I purchased my favorite Chanel boots ever! My first time meeting her I received white glove treatment. I highly recommend working with this sales professional.

Since Michael left, which is so sad! I must update my review on two wonderful women who have been so helpful!!!! A couple of weeks ago I came to Neiman because they have a Moncler department, Anet was extremely helpful, I told her I was looking for a longer Moncler, with fox fur on the hood, since all the sizes on the floor are super small, she pulled everything I liked on the floor from the back. Even though she didn't have the coat I loved which was the Fulmarus she found it in a different color and sizes, I immediately knew this was the one. Unfortunately for me the coat wasn't available and would have to be ordered to the store, we had some issues with shipping, but Anet constantly texted me updates, even having it shipping from Beverly Hills overnight. We both happened to be away that weekend, but even her being in Chicago she still assured me that she will call me as soon as she gets in on Monday, which she did, and I headed over to pick up the coat, she took me to the private rooms in the back, and handed me a big Neiman bag, she explained it was a gift from here because of the delay, if that isn't customer service I don't know what is! Talk about going above and beyond. Once I got home I opened her gift which was a beautiful AGRARIA defuser, which smells amazing, isn't cheap, and has my master bathroom smelling absolutely amazing! Now I must rebuy it! Overall Anet is amazing! If your ever in Neiman please ask for her, she truly cares about her customers, and the company she works for. Now on to the cosmetic department, after asking about Michael I met Tamara Lawrence, she works in YSL beauty, but will help you all over. She helped me pick out so much new makeup, some I was just replacing, and also recommended so many new finds. I came to see her again after a friend recommended a perfume, she immediately knew where to find it, had me smell all the scents that brand has to make sure I wanted the one I came for, overall I went with my friends recommendation. Tamara has really replaced my Michael, who went above & beyond, she always gives me samples, and I loved that she recognized me, again great customer service! So just like with Anet, if you need anything from the beauty section, please go see Tamara, she's always in the YSL section, and if not ask for her, these women work so hard to keep their customers happy, it's important to keep loyal to those who are wonderful! Thanks Anet & Tamara!

I don't know where to begin. These guys are a bunch of terrible people who scam with lies about online promotions and send you going back and forth between online and the store and I ended up losing $800. $600 in gift cards and $200 cash and no one is willing to take responsibility for.

The setting lacks charm but that perhaps is to be expected in an in- store lunch venue. Menu is quire limited. Servers are unsophisticated butvery pleasant. A burger ordered rare is well done. There are two desserts on offer...a chocolate chip cookies which is cookie dough taste and a dense carrot cake. This is a menu in need of an over haul. This cafe is not competitive with other mall offerings.

I wanted to purchase the Chanel J12 and was helped by a very helpful SA in the fine jewelry department at this Neiman location. I had trouble knowing which size I wanted (33 mm or 38 mm) and although they only had one of the white ceramic diamond 38 mm in stock, she helped me get a better idea of sizing using a Chopard piece. I ended up getting the 38 mm, and her help made for a very quick and effective trip, which I always appreciate.I will return to her for my fine jewelry again.

Hit or miss. They have the products for the jacket department but they don't get the latest styles. I had this lady sell me a defective jacket from Theory. Not only was it too tight for my arms, inside the seam was coming apart. She always had to audacity to critique Nordstrom's selection. Pushy sales ladies who will push and lie to your face about their products. If you're there, don't stay with any one lady. They follow you around and lie to you. One extra star for their selection of coats and jackets.
