I went in with an idea of the heel I wanted and a photo of my wedding dresses and reception dress. However, I was still torn and confused about which heel would best fit each dress. Donna was amazing and helped me pick the perfect styles for both. She was a blessing and made the experience go from a stressful one to a memorable and enjoyable one. I didn't think buying wedding heels could feel so magical. She definitely made this a moment to remember and was just as into it as I was. She was patient with me and understood my vision and kept my budget in mind. I felt comfortable and felt at ease. I will definitely be going back to her for any future purchases!

I concur with every negative comment, especially regarding this store manager and apparent racism.I was shopping for a new pair of pumps and she wanted to know more about my profession than helping me get the perfect shoe. She is not very knowledgeable about products (had no idea what the cologne notes were). They had to order my shoes, because they did not have my size in stock (very common 38). Shoes arrived and when I went to retrieve them, they had ordered the wrong size. I asked to have them shipped to my home and she stressed three times that a signature is required. The shoes were left at my door, even though I was home. No ringing the bell; no knocking. However, that was not the worst part, the shoes were very visibly worn. Stress marks, creasing and sole were all soiled. When I returned them, she didn’t even offer an apology; she kept saying that she hoped I would return to purchase.Once I reached out to JC Customer Service, she left me a voicemail stating she hoped I return. For what???No incentive offered; three trips to the store and that’s all I could get “I hope you give us another chance.”I guess my melanin does not deserve excellent customer service. That’s okay, I will spend my hard-earned dollars elsewhere.

I had worked with sales associate, Robin, to find a pair of wedding shoes and she was absolutely FABULOUS! I had walked in wanting to look at one pair and she had suggested a similar pair in my price range that were even more stunning! She was quick and attentive and gave her honest opinion (about fit, comfortability, ease of walking in heels, etc.). She wasn’t pushy about purchasing a pair and was very patient. I had probably tried on about 5-6 pairs and I walked away with 1 pair of heels and 1 pair of pearl sneakers. The heels seem super comfortable and the sneakers a little less comfortable, very stiff, but overall I’m very happy with Robin’s level of professionalism and sales approach. When it came time to package the shoes in a bag, Robin had presented me with a blue Jimmy Choo dust bag for my “something blue” on my wedding day. I know it doesn’t mean much but it was such a nice gesture that she went above and beyond and did that. I wouldn’t have known any better if she hadn’t but again, I was very impressed.I had to order the pearl sneakers, as they didn’t have my size in store, and Robin had requested that a signature was required when the shoes were delivered, and even called me to ensure they were dropped off. It’s hard to find quality customer service like that these days! I was left very impressed.A few weeks later, Jimmy Choo was having a sale and Robin had given me her in-store cell phone number. I had texted her a picture of the heels I wanted and she had my size in file and everything was basically done over texting (the transaction was done via a secured email link).I cannot recommend this Jimmy Choo store enough, and especially working with Robin - great experience for my wedding day shoes!

Spent 15 minutes waiting outside the store just to pick up an order. Their employee's excuse was that they were under staffed. At $1200 for a pair of shoes, it's not my problem that they're under staffed, and extremely irresponsible of corporate to be under staffing stores. I'll buy my wife's shoes elsewhere from now on.

The very first time my husband and I walked into this store .. all of 3 women working at the short hills stores were on her phones.. as we walked in I said “good afternoon ladies “ no one responded .. so we just walked around and came right out because no one asked if we needed any help. We decided to try another day and then again we were ignored, even though they had other 2 customers they obviously saw us in need of help.. no one even bothered to say “at least “ come back later we are busy now or wait and we will be with you in a little.. I don’t understand why these workers act as they own the store or they are better than any client that walks in.. but it’s ok I went to the Louboutin store instead .. and they had a full house but our amazing sales agent Many was able to help me pick my lovely shoes..

Shopped at the Mall in Short Hills and visited the Jimmy Choo store. Was helped by the Mgr., Cheryl who selected the perfect shoe for my son's wedding. She was knowledgeable and knew all about fashion. She is certainly as asset to the Company.

OMG. So awkward today at Jimmy Choo. Wanted to buy shoes for my wedding and figure out bridesmaids heels but I actually left the store. I was greeted no so nicely by a woman named Cheryl who I later found out is the manager. Her treatment toward me and my husband was as if we didn’t ‘fit the part’ and couldn’t afford this store. Our skin color may look a little different but that doesn’t mean we can’t afford to shop at this store. Very disgusted by this experience and will be contacting corporate.

I was in the store today - visiting NYC from Dubai. I'm overseas most of the time. But as an influencer with 300k+ followers, I'm asked to visit stores a lot. Everything in the negative ratings is true. I asked which one was manager and it was unbelievable. As a woman of color I can sen se when something isn't right. I will be sharing my experience with my followers.

Cheryl and her staff offer the best service of any of the high end boutique stores in the SH Mall. It is a pleasant, no pressure experience whether your shopping to buy or just browsing. As for the shoes- they're as good a quality as any in the luxury shoe department.

Terrible customer service. Came here to buy shoes for my wife for Christmas. Cheryl Rhenga helped me and was horrible. I’m really disappointed with everything. I ended up going to Bloomingdales where a lovely woman helped me.

YES! to both Becca Elliot and Donna Manzo. The older blonde lady is unfortunately the store manager and her name is Sheryl. She is nasty rude and I'm pretty sure I heard her tell a customer that Jimmy Choo is " some kind of asian." To be clear to the ignorant store manager of Jimmy Choo at short hills mall, the brand, Jimmy Choo originated in Malaysia not " some kind of asian" as she worded it. Lastly, I just asked what was the return policy and she immediately became hostile and asking why I am asking about the return policy and whyI cared about it so much. Luckily for me, Robin was there. Robin is the store associate and she cleared everything up and was the absolute best employee that worked at that Jimmy Choo location. If corporate or anyone know how to submit a 5-star review for Robin, please let me know... she deserves it. Take home message: Sheryl; Jimmy Choo store manager needs to be fired!
