Great spot. An ex swore by Kiehl's, and I'm hooked! I love their thickening shampoo, and their skin care products rock. They're generous with samples, and never rush your shopping experience. Aces!

Don't buy any products of Kiehl's. I used to shop their products a lot, and nothing worked. I spend around $4k per year on beauty products and try many different combinations. This brand was one of the worst. More importantly, this company discriminates Asians. Surprise, aha! But it is the truth. If you look like an Asian, be careful the way their sales treat you.

This store doesn't even deserve one star. I bought two expensive cosmetic items in the amount $86.67 and was told if I was not satisfied, the items are guaranteed or money back. Well that didn't happen as I didn't have my receipt (the store has all my information). My advice is not to buy any cosmetics. Sales help is a disaster!!!!

Whomever is writing reviews is completely ignorant and doesn't deserve to shop here. The staff and management is great and refunds are no issues. The quality of the products is fabulous but haters gonna hate. Great place to get products you trust from this brand.

I get my face washes from here and I just started using eye cream ( yeah 30 is hitting hard ). Anyways , their product is great and the team at this location is super knowledgeable .

Very very disappoint in Kiehl's store.It was my first time to kiehl's store in Short Hills mall in New Jersery.My husband and me want to buy something in the store.However,the sellers said they remembered us bought some items before.Actually,there is totally no any records in your system.She said although with no records,they would not sell anything to us by her personal physical memory.We just move here about 6 months,this mall is far away from my home ,so this is our first time here.The worst thing is that after my explantion and checking with none records in the system,they still so disrespectful.You can never image you were told to be not allowed to buy somthing with a damm harsh attitude.Obviously,it is absolutely a kind of discrimination .I don't know why this kind of thing happend in kiehls store,if it's what should happen in the store,please ignore me .

Horrible customer services experience which started with a double charge to my account. I'm 3 weeks into getting a credit for a double charge at the register. Store refused to credit back, gaveme weather reports with no resolutions, no sends to operations , then that person is away. No accoutnability. All for getting back $50 credit back on my credit card. Bad customer service, random and fragmented approach to client resolution - careless service - no accountability. Reuptational damage is the hardest to correct. At this poiont after 25 years with Kiehl's time to say goodbye - Customer service used to be first and foremost until L'Oreal took over.

Great shopping experience! The staff are very helpful, informative and generous with their samples. Not pushy at all, and very personable. They even offered to ship me products for free if I like any of the samples I was given. While I do have a kiehl's closeby, I will probably take them up on that, just because they were so helpful. Will be back for sure :)

Great Kiehl's location. Of course it carries the entire line, but the people who work here are among the nicest and most helpful in the company. I really like tha they have a loyalty card tied to returning empties for recycling. Good for the environment, good business move on their part. Are they expensive? Sure. Are they worth it? Definitely. Their products keep my sensitive skin at bay, my unruly hair in place and my aging postponed. The way it should be...
