My wife purchased her new coat here recently. Felix approached us and was very helpful in helping her pick her new coat. He was very knowledgeable about the different styles, made sure to explain the purchase and warranty, and even proactively offered different options and accommodations. He did extra to make sure we got the best price. Amazing service here!

The only reason this is a 3 star and not a 1 star is because Russo (store manager) and Felix (another manager and person helping us) were super sweet and amazing. Having said that, had a very unpleasant experience.... The store had a black line pulled across the entrance... blocking you from coming in... when I said "Hello, anyone there" a woman came out from the back and said "we are closing in 1/2 an hour". It was 7:10pm... I tried to clarify... "I thought you are closing at 8pm" and she kept repeating "Like I said, we are closing in 1/2 an hour". Super super rude and overall unpleasant. I would not enjoy seeing myself back at the store... But like I said, Russo and Felix were great. What a shame they have people working like dealing with customers.

This company is really disappointing. I bought 1⃣️ coat online and missed a belt. I started calling to tell them on the day I received it. It has not been sent out for 2 months now, and I call every week. I'm waiting, I won't be able to wear them when winter is over. It takes so long for such a big company to solve a problem, so everyone should be careful.

I bought a jacket for my son and in his left pocket, there was weed all over . I guess someone must have worn and returned. The store should have maintained the returned items in good condition. I’m pretty sure the sales representative knew that particular jacket was a returned one and just sold the merchandise as it is. Not only am I upset but Very disappointed!

The manager Jenny and the staff at the mackage store is the absolute best. I had an issue where fed ex mislabeled my exchange and she was very understanding and followed up to get the value credited from Fed ex . She keep open communication to select another style and size to get the correct coat to me . I truly appreciate the professionalism and great customer service from the mackage store in short hill mall. Thank you !

Armando is a saint, he was extremely helpful! Me and a friend came to get coats for our wives , my buddy walked out with one they had in stock, the one i wanted wasn't. Armando helped me get the exact coat in the correct size shipped straight to my door, he didn't rest until i was completely satisfied , he followed through until it was at my door, updating me with tracking all throughout. What a fantastic experience all around!

I cannot say enough about the store manager, Jenny and her team! I bought my coat initially online and was unsure about the size and style. I went into the store to try it on and they were super helpful! I then bought the size I needed online and they were willing to match the initial price I paid.
