I purchased a bag at the Marc Jacobs store in the ShortHills mall Christmas Eve and the buying experience was excellent. I had several questions and asked for some tips on bag care, and the salesperson answered it all. Well done to the hiring manager the buying experience on Christmas Eve was excellent !

My experience was so pleasurable!!!! I went to the Marc Jacob’s at Short Hills Mall today with my daughter to purchase a bag for her birthday and the customer service was PHENOMENAL!!!! The store manager Zain knew the products was able to explain to me about the difference in materials, bags, and pricing. He also offers my daughter and I some S. Pellegrino sparkling water and toasted us!!!! The trainee Roger was also a wonderful customer service rep. He seemed to be knowledgeable of the products and pricing giving he was still in training he was very knowledgeable!!!! Zain and Roger was very patient with me as I kept asking questions and changing my mind?but I did make a purchase!!! Zain is a WONDERFUL store manager and a EXCELLENT customer service representative!!!! I WILL BE SHOPPING MARC JACOBS SOON!!!! Way to go Zain and Roger you guys made my daughter and I first experience shopping at Marc Jacobs a memorable one?

Today's experience at the store where I tried to exchange a defective bag I purchased last week left me deeply saddened and disappointed. An employee man with long hair fetched a replacement, but it too was obviously flawed. When the same issue occurred with the second replacement, he lashed out, accusing me of being overly critical, refusing to assist further. A different salesperson then justified these defects, explaining that they were inherent in genuine leather, suggesting a vegan bag if I desired perfection. Because of their bad treatment, I had to choose the bag with the least flaws. It was disheartening to realize that a customer of a luxury brand could be chastised for expecting flawless quality. This unpleasant encounter leads me to firmly discourage others from patronizing this store.

I have purchased over 3+ bags with the help of zain! Very great associate , and is very helpful! He’s very open to helping you find the bag you’d love. The store is very welcoming, I’ll definitely go back for another bag before the season is over.

I decided to use Afterpay to pay for my purse. The girl clearly did not know what she was doing and further embarrassed me by saying that nobody uses Afterpay in their store. I went downstairs to Nordstrom‘s pay with Afterpay with no problem apparently she didn’t know what she was doing and tried to be rude and belittle me in front of her staff. Corporate just got informed because that’s a form of prejudice. You just don’t treat the people that have money nice you need to treat everybody with respect no matter their social status.
