My experience was very unpleasant the young woman who works in the Prada shoes area treated me badly her service was as if by obligation and she acted as if I was bothering her in fact she left me there measuring my shoes and went to talk to another employee in a way that looked like they were talking about me and they even laughed something very unpleasant, the truth is I don't know how and the store of tha level has employees like her working, when I got home I realized that she didn't even pack my shoes well, I just put them in the box and all the labels are squeezed and the papers they put so they don't lose their shape were out. My husband has been a customer of that store for a long time and buys a lot. I have actually bought there twice because my husband recommended me, but with this experience I will not set foot in that store again. I prefer the neiman from Garden State Plaza

Booked a facial at the spa with NATASHA and she was amazing!! Super sweet, so knowledgeable, and she thoroughly explained what products she was using on my skin and why. I had such a relaxing experience and learned so much about my skin. Go visit her if you can!

It’s an absolute pity that I can’t give this store a MINUS ZERO star instead of the one star option that google offers as the lowest possible rating available!!! I have been calling this store DAILY for 8 days now at different times of the store’s opening hours trying to reach any associate in the men’s shoe department and no one ever answers the phone!!!!! Twice someone has come on the phone and told me to hold on which I did and then waited for 38 and 47 minutes respectively and then someone there just comes up and hangs up the phone!!! wish I had the ability to drive over there but being that I can’t, a proper phone service should be the next best option but this store is the absolute WORST!!! Even gave my number to their main phone dispatcher who said someone will call me back but it’s been over a week now and not a single call from them!! And I have been calling because I really really need assistance with something but I might as well just be talking to a wall in my house! I am typically not the type of customer that leaves reviews for anything, but I felt an absolute need to with my experience at this NM store. They have ABSOLUTELY wasted my limited time, energy and peace of mind!!!!!! WORSE store service ever FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful store and very well maintained. In the process of buying anything, the team at Short Hills is super helpful and kind.
However, whenever there is an issue, you will likely not be helped, and it will take more than a few attempts in person and over the phone to properly get assisted at this location.
I purchased heels for a family wedding, and I trusted the shoes were fine and in good condition since Im getting it from Neimans. On the day of the event, I found that in my box, I was provided with 2 right foot heels. It was a total disaster and extremely frustrating. Aside from all the chaos I had to do at the last minute to figure out my outfit, Neimen Marcus had no remorse for their lack of attention to detail and provided me with no help or compensation. I returned the shoes because they were useless at this point, but I am still waiting to hear from the manager who promised to reach out to make things right. It was truly a terrible experience and wouldn't trust this store or employees. Do your own due diligence of checking these details because a special day was completely ruined for me by trusting Neimen Marcus.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joseph Santo, Client Advisor in the jewelry department who provided exceptional service, friendly approachable, and genuinely interested in meeting my needs. It's rare to find such dedication and sincerity in customer service these days, and this advisor exemplifies the epitome of excellence. Having had poor experiences in the past, Neiman Marcus is very fortunate to have Joseph as an asset to their jewelry department.

Manager is absolutely unprofessional, would not assist in any way. Employees sold me the wrong item and would not accept the return. They had the audacity to tell me to sell it on social media. Why do I have to pay for they're mistake?! Will never shop at Neiman Marcus again.
