Staff is attentive, helpful, and very cordial. The store has nice selection, and if not stocked , the store assists with the shipment of items they are lacking.

You need to train your people don’t judge a book by its cover. I came in there they looked me up and down and no one helped me. Went to Bloomingdale’s and received excellent service. Never ever will come there again.

Judgmental, rude, condescending staff. I have been in this store a few times dressed in work attire and treated like a human... on the flip side I have been in there in casual attire (riding pants and boots) and ignored, looked up and down and treated as if I don't belong and the sales associate acts superior. Clear as day difference by the same staff. If you can take the trip go to the Princeton store. You wont get snubbed.

I came in here to purchase my toddler some cardigans for school. There was a well dressed black gentleman greeting everyone which is nice. He started to say his speech then looked up, stopped what he was saying, looked me up and down and walked away. He didn't finish his sentence and continued walking away as if I didn't matter. Now I'm Puerto Rican but I have never..... just sad. He greeted all the white people with respect but dissed me?!!? If my daughter didn't need those cardigans I would have spoke with the manager and bought nothing!!!!! I will never do business again.

Amazing customer service. Greeting you at the door dulling each and need regarding the store products going over and beyond to answer any questions or concerns you may have . It makes consumers/customers feel welcome. It gives you the feel of NYC fashion is absolutely amazing. Polo store is one of a kind . LOVE IT .

Went to the store to return an online order,big mistake.The customer service reps, all 34 of them that I have spoken to had no idea where the order was and it’s taking an eternity to get money refunded back to me.Will never shop here again.

I am an avid Ralph Lauren shopper. So disappointed!!! I made an online purchase during black friday to tke advantage of the sales. A week later I receive an email indicatingTHE FOLLOWING ITEM(S) IN YOUR ORDER HAVE BEEN CANCELLEDWe're sorry, but the item(s) from your recent order are no longer available.You have not been charged and your order has been canceled.They also supply a code for free shipping which they always have free shipping so I dont understand how that compensates. I call customer service and speak with Brittney. I indicate I will just take another size. She agrees and says "I will honor the sale price" I begin giving her my card info as requested but realize she did not tell me the price. So I ask what is the card gong to be charged. she tells me and its a higher price, I'm not understanding as she indicated she would honor the price. After some back and forth she then says something totally different that she cant control the current price and can only overide and apply the discount I previously received but on the current price. Ughhh we agreed this was no fault of my own and she would honor the price, now you changing and saying you will honor the discount percentage on currect price....if that discount percentage would have made the price I guarantee you wouldn't do that. Now she sounds annoyed I ask to discuss with a manager and she tells me they cant do anything for me....basically refusing to allow me not to speak with a manager. I'm appalled by the service and contemplating not shopping with them again. Why accept the order wait a week and say not available and then not fully honor price for the inconvience. I could have taken advantage of another retailers black friday discounts had I known the item wasnt available. Now I have to disappoint my daughter by telling her she isnt receiving the gift and purchase another or similar item likely at full price. Happy Holidays Brittney, Happy Holidays Ralph Lauren. THOROUGHLY ANNOYED!
