I purchased new phones on the T Mobile website, but I wasn't given boxes to return my old phones. I needed to bring the phone to a corporate store to return. The gentleman who helped me at the Short Hills store went above and beyond. He took care of all I needed to ensure the phones I was returning were boxed in proper order.

I went in to ask a question real quick and as I walked in I saw a tall male who was Darkskinned like myself and thin so I say “Good morning how are you” smiling and he looks me up and down in disgust, and didn’t say a word and turned away but clearly we made eye contact. When I got up to him I said “I said good morning and you looked at me like you’re mad” and he RUDELY goes “I’m on the phone that’s why…….” Like how do these people get hired and work with people. If you hate your job go handle that on your own. I hope he sees this also because he know who he is. Skinny guy you lol

I was send to this store by the Livingston mall store because the lady there didn’t even take the time to take care of me. The gentleman that took care of me was great. Even when he couldn’t resolve the issue he was kind enough to show me the reason why. The problem is T-Mobile phone customer service providing wrong information.

Mya was a great help. I thought my phone was already activated because that’s what the apple workers informed me. She actually activated my phone and completed an iCloud switch log in for me. She is so kinds & nice and funny. She deserves a promotion and raise!

Today Brandon service and knowledge was impeccable. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable of the Apple products and service.. If you have any issues and you’re in need of a new iPhone, I recommend you purchase a telephone from Brandon at T-Mobile Short Hills. He’s amazing!!

I had an unpleasant experience at the T-mobile store in the Bridgewater Mall so I went the store in the Short Hills Mall. What a huge difference!! I had signed up for service online but I didn't get my SIM cards so I went to the store for help. Wow, Jet went above and beyond by getting me my SIM cards, porting over my numbers, activating my lines and then filling out the paperwork for the promotion. Jet and his colleague, George, were very patient and helpful. Even though there are many customers that day, there were enough associates on hand at the store to handle the customer flow so Jet was able to help me in a focused, efficient and thorough manner. This is what great customer service is about!

Today I purchased my new cell phone and Michael, the Mobile Expert there, was helping me to set up my new phone. I really appreciate that Michael was helpful and very kind. Definitely I recommend this location for any cell phone services and I will go back there for future purchases or services.
