We walked in store last week. We didn’t have anything particular in mind. We were greeted very pleasantly by Ekaterina. She was very patient super detailed and extremely talented in terms of knowing what fits best for our use case.

I met this young lady today name Taylor and Tiffany at short Hills mall. This lady was so beautiful not just on the outside but inside she helped me with my spin bracelet today and I was so thrilled at the selection. But I was most thrilled with her appearance and her customer service skills. This lady is phenomenal. Nothing but a good future for her and I wish her the best thank you Tiffany Shorthill or making this lady an employee. I really enjoyed her today. Very rude sales, when we asked her to try on engagement rings she was reluctant and unwilling to help. She was impatient when we asked if there were other sizes available and told us only after you purchase then do we pick the size. Never coming back here again!

My husband spent five figures on what we thought was the highest quality engagement ring… a mere four years later, while walking home from dinner, I look down to find that the diamond solitaire has just fallen right out of the setting. Tiffany customer service says we’re just out of luck.
Incredible that a company of this stature claims it has all the quality guarantees and warranties but keeping the diamond in the ring is apparently too much of an ask. For a wedding ring that’s supposed to last a lifetime, to fall apart in 4 years is simply Outrageous. Don’t waste your money.
Buy a lab grown diamond and call it a day.

We went to your location to ask about cleaning jewelry. Timakova, was probably one of the rudest most miserable person I’ve ever dealt with in any setting. Very short and rude with customers. Get the jewelry back and it’s all marked up…. It’s disgusting to be treated like that when you spend thousands of dollars on your products. Only to be greeted by a rude person.If she’s that miserable she should probably just go get a new job.
