We stopped in for about 45 minutes and Jennifer was absolutely professional and friendly. My partner could not decide on a necklace, so Jennifer showed us the whole collection. She even helped us try out the pieces, and went out of her way to show us different colors and materials. We felt very welcome, and we were able to make out with a necklace. My partner was excited and still can’t believe we were able to find something she could show off! Thank you!!!

My experience on Sunday, October 29 was excellent, I was greeted at the door by Britney, who assured me that my wait time was only five minutes being that the store was very busy. She later assisted me in a selection from Elsa Peretti a open heart pendant. Brittney conveyed. Excellent Customer service was very patient and very engaging. I recommend if you're shopping at the Tiffany store ask for Britney, she is very knowledgeable regards to the merchandise.

I am a relatively new person to the upscale jewelry scene and I have always loved Tiffany. My boyfriend has bought me a number of pieces from Tiffany and they have all been wonderful. Most recently we were at this location and we were looking at the return to Tiffany necklace with the heart tag and the diamond. The sales associate was pushy and ended up giving me the floor model instead of a new necklace. I don't know if she did this on purpose or by accident but as soon as I got home I realized and it really ruined the special moment as I had to go back to the store to exchange it without my boyfriend.I would give one star because I felt that the experience was extremely unprofessional however the associate that helped me to exchange the necklace was absolutely amazing and I'm sure they gave the other associate a good talking to. From now on I will either buy online or ask for a brand new unopened item when shopping in the store.

I found that this branch of Tiffany had a limited collection. When I found an item I was interested in purchasing that required a longer silk cord, I was told two things:1- They would try to order the longer silk cord for the necklace.2- Despite that fact that they did not know if they could even fill the request, I had to prepay for the item with no reimbursement.This is service from a supposedly high end store? Then I went to Bloomingdales and got very good service.

They sold me a used necklace that wasn’t even in stock online.After returning something, they asked if I wanted to exchange for something instead. I told them I was looking for something that was not in stock at the store. The guy asks to see it and says he will check something and goes into the back room. He comes back and gives me an odd smile and says he has it. I told him great let’s exchange it and after walking out, I decided to wear it and saw a HUGE scratch on the back. It had one deep line across the entire pendant. They apparently sold me a necklace that was returned! I went back into the store and was ignored and treated rudely. They made me wait 45 mins for the same scam associate and finally refunded me.

Business must be great for you that you do not have to return any phone calls for sales leads. I left 2 messages for an item I wanted to buy because no one bothers to answer the phone and it’s been a week with no call back. This is why brick and mortar stores go out of business. Terrible customer service!!!

My husband and I had a traumatic experience for our recent anniversary at a local flower shop, and following a family tragedy, when we came back from overseas recently he wanted to redeem it by making our valentine’s day special.We personally received amazing service by our (new) client advisor at this location. She was classy, respectful and welcoming. She showed us through the whole store like a museum curator and told us the amazing stories of each piece. She accommodated us very well. The ring was beautiful, and I feel confident that i’ll be taken care of no matter what.The only thing that was unfortunate was the care to details with purchasing. We received a blank white envelope in the bag and thought that was an envelope for the receipt. Apparently, just finding out now via online that we were supposed to receive a velvet tiffany pouch in that envelope.

I WOULD NOT BUY from Tiffany's. Very bad business, customer service, they list items incorrectly on their website, they are very bad at shipping to the correct address, bad sales representatives. The items on their website are not listed correctly, they are the wrong sizes. They WILL lose your items in the mail. They WILL NOT help you solve your issues. They WILL ignore your calls. Such a disappointment. I will be telling everyone I know not to buy from them and what a horrible experience I have. I am very glad I have two youtube channels. One that has over 40k subscribers. A youtube channel on coins. Oh who collects coin you ask? Wealthy people with money. I am going to absolutely inform them to never buy from Tiffany's.

Came in to fix the bracelet, was given the same estimate by Peter and another associate and told I would get the details in the email. Never received the email. Called and spoke to Amanda the next day. She asked what the estimate was, I told her and she agreed. So after 3 people from the store gave me the same estimate, I receive the email with the estimate 30% higher than the original one. I called back, spoke to the manager Tina and she said, there was no way I could be given that estimate and there was probably something I misunderstood (mind you, confirmed by 3 people prior), it was a mistake and the estimate in my email is correct. After I questioned their professionalism, she said she would call back. I received a call back from Amanda apologizing and saying it was a technical error. Well, the manager of the store blamed that technical error on me an hour before?.Amanda said they could fix the bracelet for the original price. No thank you. I’d rather fix my bracelet at the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul than at Tiffany’s.On top of that I will never forget how I was buying the sunglasses and asked for a new pair and an associate, after opening the cabinet full of sunglasses boxes, asked ME to look for the specific number on those boxes to find the correct pair ??♀️

This place is not POC or LGBT friendly. I visited this Tiffany location with my girlfriend a few weeks ago. We were looking to browse engagement ring options. The sales associate greeted us and was welcoming. However, as soon as she heard about us getting engagement rings, her attitude changed 180 and was rude throughout the rest of our conversation. We were not properly introduced to the engagement collections, and it was clear that she wanted to get out of the conversation as soon as possible. We were also yelled by another sales associate when my girlfriend politely asked that if she can take a look at a bracelet that was next to where the associate stood. Our entire experience was terrible.
