The sales lady (middle aged) had her mouth full while talking to me. That’s truly something new and I have never experienced this in any store. They need some customer service training or common sense training.

I had a stellar experience while exchanging a gift last week at the store in Short Hills. From Johanna setting aside the color that I wanted (plus some sunglasses for me to look at), to the lady who brought me my bag from the back, to Cat who handled the exchange itself, I was treated beautifully.
Thank you for being so patient with me while I made my final decisions.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Nobody greets you when you come into the store at shorthills mall. I when there and was trying on the sandals that were on display. Mind you there were three ladies who work there right behind me and none of them ask if I need it any help. I had to ask them If they could help me and get me my right size. They prioritized clients based on their appearance—especially if they seem wealthy. Never coming back to this store

When I walked into Tory Burch, the other day, I was a little upset with one of the employees. I put a handbag on hold and the general manager Christina was Above and beyond gracious and helpful.
She is the definition of superb customer service. Not only did she give me a discount off of the bag, but she ordered a pair of beautiful blue sandals. She took the time out of her busy schedule to call different stores and get the shoes shipped overnight before my vacation on Friday.
I am so appreciative of her, Christina makes Tory Burch an excellent shopping experience!

I originally wanted to buy 2 bags to give away, but I went in a little late and looked around for a while before I picked a suitable one. They said they were closing, so I bought one first. But the bank restricted the transfer and saw that they were closing in a hurry, so I thought about forgetting it. We went over to watch it together in a few days. The waiter looked down on me and asked me if I was teasing her. I was really speechless.

Tory Burch is Very upscale and elegant women's designer apparel, hand bags, shoes and accessories. Prices mostly very good and affordable compared to other luxury brands. . I would say Tory Burch have the nice and cool design bags and shoes.staff is accommodating, but could be more courteous.

Umm I was quite bothered when a saleswoman thought that I only cared price and mentioned the price of the bags each time I checked the inside of the bags. Tory Burch bag quality has been downgrading, so I'm definitely not sure if their snobbishness is worth my business

I love Tory Burch. One of my favorite brands. This is probably the worst shopping experience. Despite the store not being busy, no one pays attention to you. The sales associates just stood and stared. They definitely treat you by the way you look. If you come off looking rich, they’ll help you first.Disgusted. Will never return.

Mother’s Day was super busy at Short Hills! Nonetheless, Erika, my stylist was AMAZING! I observed her cater to so many ladies simultaneously…offering bottled water, shoe color & style options. While juggling and delighting customers, she created a nice shopping experience.
