I was shopping this week at VCA and was in the store 1st time even if I am always in Short Hills mall and Michael the SA helped me out picking a bracelet in my bucket list. It's a first item that I purchase at VCA and Michael makes my purchase feel special as he knows it's my first buy. He is very helpful, so professional and attentive. I will get another VCA bracelet someday at this VCA and will look for Michael. I had a pleasant time at the store. I will come again.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael at Van Cleef & Arpels, and I cannot say enough about how amazing the experience was. From start to finish, Michael went above and beyond! his professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel truly valued and taken care of.
He made the entire experience feel luxurious, personal, and so special. I genuinely felt like royalty. Michael was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. it’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in what they do, and it made all the difference.
The entire staff at the boutique was also so kind and accommodating. The energy, the service, the thoughtfulness… it was truly top-notch. Michael made this such a memorable and meaningful moment, and I’m beyond grateful.
If you’re visiting the boutique, ask for Michael. You won’t regret it!

As much as I rely on Google reviews, I admittedly never take the time to write one myself, however, in this case I feel like I must share my experience to benefit others.
I cannot put into words how amazing my sales associate Fatou is. I have never in my life had such a pleasant experience in luxury retail the way I did with her, and I’ve only spoken to her twice now. Fatou truly deserves some recognition on how genuine and kind she is. I can confidently tell anyone that you’ll have the same experience with her and I cannot express my gratitude enough for her.

I’d like to share part of an email I received from the boutique regarding a defective watch that began slowing down just one month after purchase:
“Please note that exposure to magnetic fields or nearby electronic devices may temporarily affect the accuracy or functionality of the watch. Common sources of magnetism include cell phones, laptops, tablets, chargers, and personal accessories such as wallets, handbags, or cases with magnetic clasps.”
So to all VCA watch owners: don’t use your phone, your computer, or carry a handbag.
I genuinely can’t stop laughing. I’ve never been treated this way by any other luxury brand or boutique.

Our visit to Van Cleef & Arpels was truly unforgettable, thanks to the impeccable service provided by Ebenezer. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for.

Ebenezer helped me pick out which piece I wanted for my bday . He took the time to show me ones in the store and ones that he could order that weren’t in the store . Once I purchased I adjusted my bracelet to make it smaller and got it back in about a week .

Can’t say enough about how great Nas and Fatu and the rest of the staff are here. There was a slight issue with my order which they did not have to fix. They went above and beyond to create a curated experience and all parties left very happy. Couldn’t ask to work with a better team and brand. If you’re shopping van Cleef they will treat you exceptionally.

I’ve had wonderful experiences with my SAs across luxury boutiques in Short Hills, including Hermès and Chanel, but my visit to VCA was shockingly disappointing. I stopped by to explore potential push presents and was appalled by the lack of service from Bella. She barely acknowledged me when I walked in, and after browsing aimlessly, I had to initiate asking for help—only to be met with a curt, “What kind of help?”
While I was discussing my recent VCA purchase my husband purchased for me that needed resizing and inquiring about necklaces and a ring, Bella’s demeanor was so cold and disengaged that it made me uncomfortable. Despite being ready to purchase a ring, I had no desire to proceed with someone who showed no warmth or effort in assisting me. I even mentioned that this would be a push present and that I was looking to build a relationship with an SA, yet she never offered a business card, any water (even though I was visibly pregnant and winded from walking), and remained standoffish the entire time.
I truly hope this is not representative of VCA’s service culture. Luxury shopping should be an enjoyable and personal experience, and this visit left such a negative impression that I chose to take my business elsewhere.

placed an order with express delivery, wasn't shipped out for 4 days. Called them to ask why has it not shipped yet, they couldn't tell me why and kept saying they have to ask someone. In the end I requested it to be cancelled and they said they have to ask someone lol. Well couple of hours later I received an email that it has been shipped and I will receive it tomorrow. Now, delivery day is here and apparently they made an error on the the shipping label and is being returned to them. Ridiculous!

I had a phenomenal experience at Van Cleef in Short Hills Mall this past Sunday. My sales associate, Fatou , was the primary reason why I had such a great experience. She was welcoming, warm, and very knowledgable about the pieces. She took the time to really help me understand the quality of the piece I was planning to purchase. She was also very personable and made my first time at Van Cleef feel special. I plan to purchase more pieces in the future with Fatou's help. Van Cleef in Short Hills Malls is very lucky to have someone who really demonstrates top tier costumer service.

I see a lot of not so great reviews but I was there a week ago and had a great experience. I walked in and no one was available to help me so the security guard greeted me and told me to browse around and it would just be a few minutes. He offered me water and even opened it for me. The manager came out and greeted me and was very nice and friendly. He even put my new necklace on for me, made sure I got chocolates and packed everything up in the bag for me. Gave me his card and told me to reach out if I needed anything. My experience was very positive.

The experience was very bad. The salesperson had no idea how to receive customers. This is definitely not the attitude of a century-old jewelry store like VCA. The other two stores in New York accepted pre-orders, but this store directly refused. They also made customers stand and talk even though there were chairs and tables. They didn't even give them a glass of water. It was very unprofessional. The only person worth showing off was the security guard at the door. His attitude was better than the salesperson in the store. Will never shop at this store again!!

They have very little inventory and the sales people are rude. I was told it was “a very long wait, months, for a necklace.” Was made to feel like I was doing them a favor by walking into their Short Hills Mall store. (What is even worse is that I was a return customer to this store, having purchased a necklace there before)!
I left after 5 minutes and promptly ordered it online for pickup the next day at another store. You lost a customer and got a justified bad review.
Avoid this store future customer. You can do better elsewhere. And corporate Van Cleef, feel free to contact me as I can provide the receipts to substantiate my review.
