Do not accept online returns in store. It’s 2023, then agents who weren’t involved with my conversation were hovering for no reason to the point one of the managers said to the other watch the front of the store. I was polite and cordial. Second the other review about watching and following you around. One nice dude in there who tried to help as much as he could though.

I come in this store with intentions on getting a customizable robe and slippers. The representative that helped me was an older gentleman with gray hair. He answered my question honestly and told me that engraving is only done online.Fine…no problem. I decided that I would Continue to look around the store and proceeded to do so only for him to to follow me around the store diligently watching EVERY move I make. He was not even discreet. After I realized it, I didn’t even want to shop there anymore. I was very uncomfortable and instantly was turned off.I would never support this brand if they have people work there like that. I said somethingTo him and of course he said “I wasn’t following you, trust me” . There was no one else in the store for him to move everywhere I moved.
