Irresponsible staff, rude and unprofessional. Walgreens should shut down this location if they can't train their staff on how to behave properly with customers.

Annoying. I go to place an order online at one store - says 'out of stock, click button to find store in stock'. Go to that store. Website says 'in stock'. Order comes, items out of stock. Two items were out of stock (of 5 items), 1 item came 1 short (I had asked for 2). I called store manager, he kindly gave me points on my reward card - I think, we got disconnected twice, so I can't be certain. Door Dash delivered the order. I left directions to 'leave inside the front porch'; note on door says 'leave inside front porch'. Order delivered to the front steps - not even the front stoop. The order sat on the steps for 1.5 hours, because it was not inside the porch. The Walgreens manager did not give me the Door Dash phone - so I cannot declare my disdain for their delivery service. Further, the 1 item that was short 1 of 2, the manager tells me 2 were pulled for my order and I should have received 2 - he was going to check the store video. Did Door Dash driver need a quick snack? Now I have to find someone else to deliver the out of stock and shortage items. This seems to happen often at Walgreens. Maybe I should try CVS.

The is pharmacy is really slow and always making mistakes. I have directed my insurance 4 times. I am not sure why they can't seem to get the simply things right. The rest of the store is fantastic. Very clean and well stocked.

Poor service from pharmacy and arrogant. Inspite of rescheduling 3 times for flu vaccine, they have guts to say to go somewhere else instead of accepting their issue with long wait times. Just poor management and not because they have big lines.

My impression, as a physician, is that this I the worst pharmacy with which I have ever tried to work. There is always a delay to talk to the pharmacist- that is, they answer the phone at all. Recently I was instructed to use their "new" voicemail system to leave a new prescription because the pharmacist was too busy to take while giving flu shots. I left it as instructed but when the patient's representative arrived to pick it up, he was told no prescription was ever called in! This particular pharmacy is chronically understaffed, difficult to deal with and problem prone, resulting in diminished quality of patient care. There are many other pharmacies nearby; patients wishing to receive timely, professional care would be well advised to use one of them.

Doesn't have automated check machines, and always need to wait in a line. Why no self checkout?Also the pharmacy seems to closed randomly
