“I am a relatively new customer, and I appreciated the honest and no-nonsense interactions I had with Heather when purchasing my new Hyundai a year ago. The service department schedule is difficult. I have to wait at least 6 weeks to get in for scheduled maintenance visits, and I have a lot of availability because I am retired. I was also having a tough time scheduling appts for recalls, but I think I have that solved finally. If you need any service outside of the standard maintenance, please avoid the web based app and just call the dealership to schedule your appt to ensure that they schedule enough time and have the parts they need.”
