“My experience for service was very good. They communicated effectively, held my car for me until the right parts came in, and it was ready when they said it would be ready.The only issue is the scheduling service they use. I called the number on the website to schedule my service. I explained my issue (which was a water issue), and they scheduled my appointment for the next day. When I brought it in, they told me that water issues were only handled on Wednesdays (this was Thursday), so I would have to bring it back the following week.So the onsite service was great, helpful, and fair, but the scheduling service needs to be improved.”
