I posted a very bad review a while ago about my experiences here. I was always looked at and never helped and the staff were extremely ignorant and treated you like dirt. I told their corporate center and their store manager about it and they seemed to “hear me” but never did. I tried again to go in and that was the last straw- they treated me so poorly I called their corporate office and said I had it they cant profile or treat people like that. The lady who took the call was upset that I was upset and the new store manager called me to try and make it right. She said she wanted people to feel welcome and that behavior is not tolerated ( I’ve heard this speech before). I thought… let’s see if they change.
Fast forward.
They did a complete change! I went in yesterday to take advantage of the July 4th sale and to pick up some of my favorite lune & aster masks and the experience was so different than what I’ve experienced in the past. The store looks fantastic as they redid it and the staff was great! Camila (I think that’s her name) was so nice and greeted EVERYONE who came in no matter what you looked like. She was talking to me about M61as we both love the brand and she was so helpful. The other staff walked around making sure again.. EVERYONE was ok. They listened and that’s what matters to us customers. I am now no longer afraid to walk into the store to shop. Thank you for listening.

Jackie, the manager is the best. She is knowledgeable, friendly and always willing to help. She makes the store!!

Oh my goodness! I came in for a facial, and Diana is the one of Jersey’s best Facialists! I’m an Esthetician for 28 years, and she has the talent and touch and instinct. Bravo ?? ?????? My face was void of wrinkles, plus the entire facial was so relaxing.
In addition, the staff is eager and professionally educated to answer your skincare concerns . I highly recommend the shopping experience and the facial experience ?????

I have shopped at this store consistently since it opened 15 years ago and spent a lot of money in there on luxury brands. I always had a great experience with the ladies that worked there. Went in today and the lady who helped me was very unhelpful and didn’t know anything about the product line I was asking about and wasn’t interested in helping me. I was introduced to the new manager who was rude and cold . Sadly a lot of my friends have had the same experience shopping there recently. After today, I won’t ever go back there. Was just an awful and uncomfortable experience.

My daughter had a promotional facial today based on products purchased for her and for me. When the facial was scheduled, it was approved for her use. The confirmation email was in her name. The aesthetician was polite, but when she went to leave a tip, the cashiers were rude stating that she was not eligible to receive the facial. This is not the first time staff has been rude to my daughter. Based on other reviews, customer service is a problem. We will be taking our business to Sephora.

As I entered the store, I got the feeling that I was being sized up, judged on whether or not I'm the kind of person capable of purchasing a $400 moisturizer. That snobby atmosphere could explain why there were so few customers on a Sunday afternoon. Too many salespeople standing around with nothing to do.

After trying Alta and Sephora, which were both huge disappointments, I went to Bluemercury at the Grove... it was great!Marco helped me with skincare and makeup. He was on point with everything. ??He color matched my skin to a T and did not try to oversell but pointed out what my skin needed, and he did a great job! I will be back to bluemercury to get the rest of the things he suggested.

This store is definetly 100 % ignorant based on looks and race. I complained once and the said “it’s because the store is so busy” but I went in recently all staff looked at me like I was something from space but said hello to the next person who came in. I love blue Mercury but there is 100% something wrong with the staff.

This was a very normal/typical Blue Mercury. Ample parking in the shopping strip. Lots of staff to help out.

So this was such a fun store ! Every worker was amazing ! They were so nice and friendly and happy to help! The makeup artist Alyssa was amazing as well. So personable so knowledgeable. They all made my family and I’s day!
