They're a MESS. If you need Chevy service, go ANYWHERE ELSE in the area before you go here. They're so disorganized. I had one simple thing I needed done and I had to visit FOUR TIMES because they kept messing things up, and in the end, I STILL didn't get what I needed!!!!!!! I visited both the Parts department and the Service department and had a completely unsatisfactory experience in BOTH. All together, they wasted about six hours of my time when I should have been at work...and in the end, I have to go somewhere else ANYWAY. Listen to me and save yourself a lot of aggravation!. Go ANYWHERE ELSE.

We own 2 Hyundai cars. We financed 2013 Santa Fe Sport from circle auto in 2017. The car has now been at the shop for the last month due to engine light on. They "fixed" it twice and then we were initially told the car needed a brand new engine and it would be covered under our warranty. Today they called us to say we would have to pay for the new engine because of lack of care for the car. We asked for a loner car- no loner car due to Covid? They will not cover our rental car costs either. Terrible experience. Never buying from them again. Never buying a Hyundai again. I wanted to give no stars, but website won't let me.

Awful experience. 3 cancelled appointments, 2 times due to computer cloud issues, 1 virus outbreak shut down, due no doubt to their awful mask compliance in showroom, and finally I get my car in and they keep it a week because their mechanic is out sick, (do you really only have one guy who can do an intercooler?) and a $1000 bucks for a repair and somehow they still manage screw things up, a fog light out that no one mentioned and when they did repair, they messed up my ac as well. Their Service department is a nightmare. I kept trying to give them a chance to make it right but sadly they just do not care. Lost my business for good. Run far away from this place.

Charged me $1800 for an "appearance package" on my 20 Camaro SS that was supposed to include door guards to protect the edges. This amounted to a thin piece of clear scotch tape that immediately came off. In addition they screwed me out of my military rebate with a cock and bull story that it was ineligible on this car. The dilemma I faced is they had the exact car in the exact color I wanted. Love the car but be very careful dealing with this dealership.

Customer service is awful. I have been trying to get in contact with a general sales manager since 11:00. I need information about my previous car which would take them no more then two minutes to find. I’m very disappointed in their customer service and there so called “care” for their clients.

The Chevrolet Equinox is a good car. The dealer experience leaves a little bit to be desired. High pressure tactics and the typical car salesman stuff. Cars have progressed so much but the car buying experience has not. Expect the "talk to my manager" speil and a long wait. Lock in a price with TrueCar and negotiate from there...just expect to be there for a while.

What a fantastic dealership, I just purchased a certified pre-owned Genesis car, from Danny Deaquino
[email protected] and it is fantastic. The car came from the dealer PERFECT, and everyone has been so nice there. The car was detailed and looks and smells like a brand new car, it is just wonderful. Danny, and the dealer Paul, Don and Robert DeFelice have all been great to work with. I am very pleased and posted a photo of our "new to us" car here as well. Coming from a German car, I find that the Genesis cars coming from South Korea are going to make huge inroads into the luxury market. Looking forward to owning it, and enjoying the Certified PreOwned Warranty! Yeah!

Had my car towed there no one could tell me it was there for 3 days and couldnt get there due to work..finally made it there and found my car in there lot...they told me they lost the key and ordering a new one..5 days later i find out i was lied to and they told another dealership where i moved the car to that they never had the key and never ordered a new one...also tried to look into a new car which had a horrible experience with that.....wouldnt recommend this dealership to anyone...
