Epileptics are not welcome. If you smell like the effective epilepsy medicine that isn't Klonopin, you will be banned for life. Brian Stretton is a total bigot.

Went here for free comic book day - they have just about everything you're looking for. No bathrooms for customers.

Absolutely the best comic shop in Monmouth county! WAY better than Jay and Silent snobs in Red Bank

So many comic books! Good selection of action figures and the guy who works there is super helpful. My oldest grandson (3) and loves Spider-Man. My son had taken him here so I took him as a surprise after picking him up from daycare.

Very small store, lots of comics, collectible figures, and staff is friendly. Sadly no longer carry mtg packs which was the closest place for me to go to.

I haven't been to a comic shop in over 25 years. This place did not disappoint me at all. Some things changed as expected, but the feeling is the same.

Comic Crypt since my last visit has moved but I'm not sure it's an improvement. The shop has plenty of parking with the main entrance being on the side. Long box and graphic novel selection was good. Wall book selection was fair. The casket of cheap comic books still exists among the shops general toy and collectable selection. One of the shops strongest points is the selection of well-priced vintage toys. My biggest problem with the shop is the space because it's crowded and difficult to move around. One person starts looking at some budget books, you can't access the long boxes. If you have mobility issues, this shop could be an issue. Staff were reasonably knowledgeable. This is a tough shop to review as everyone I visited with had differing opinions. Comic Crypt is probably a 3 or 3.5 as a shop overall, but the selection gets it to a 4. The shop needs double the space they have right now, or at least some major rearrangement to better utilize what they currently have.

Could spend hours going through all they have. Friendly staff. Found two comics I have been hunting for and were reasonably priced. Silver/bronze age as well as new stuff.

Most organized comic store I’ve ever been to! Sorted by series AND year. Great selection of key issues that can be hard to find. Very friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Lots of stuff, crammed into a small space. It's for comics and collectibles mostly. The staff were very friendly and helpful.I came for Magic the Gathering cards/decks, but they had a very small selection and no longer did drafts, due to attendance.

I Love this place, Amazing! Comics, toys, Cards, and rare collectibles. The best prices in town. The staff are friendly, and knowledgeable. Three convenient locations the flagship on 35 near the parkway, Collingwood Auction, and Englishtown Market.
