“I joined this gym in February after learning I had a hip injury and wanted to focus on building strength and preventing further issues. I can honestly say I’ve been incredibly happy with the results.

When I first started, I wasn’t sure how a gym could have several people doing completely different workouts at the same time while still receiving individualized attention. But somehow it works. The trainers are consistently attentive, making sure your form is correct, offering modifications when needed, and providing one-on-one guidance throughout each session.

The community here is another huge plus. The members are welcoming, supportive, and have created a fun environment that makes showing up enjoyable. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and know how to push you to improve while keeping the workouts engaging. No two workouts feel the same, and I’m always challenged in a positive way.

Most importantly, the results speak for themselves. I’ve been running consistently and pain-free for the last few months, which is something I wasn’t sure would be possible when I first joined.

I can’t recommend this gym enough. If you’re on the fence, give it a try and see for yourself.”

“I dropped in at Asbury Park Fitness today for the open workout. I was pretty nervous not being at my home gym. From the moment I walked in the door the coaches, owner and community put me at ease. Everyone was so welcoming I felt right a home. I highly recommend dropping in or joining. Great gym all around!! I’ll be back next week for 26.3

Returned to Asbury Park Fitness for 26.3 and I’m confident where ever you are in your fitness journey you will be supported in your goals here. I’m competing injured this year and this workout was going to challenge my injury. I mentioned this to the owner and one of the coaches and received great feedback and strategy tips. I was happy with my score and most importantly left without inflaming my injury. Top notch coaching here. Whether you are looking for knowledgeable supportive coaches or just a welcoming community to workout in you will find it here!!”

“This gym is really dope. It has everything you need. The staff is very helpful and if your too shy to ask for help, most of the machines have QR codes that show you how to perform the exercise. The gym is also open 24/7 which can be very convenient for people with busy schedules. If your thinking about going to the gym, Burn n Blast should be your spot!”

“I am very happy that I joined Underground Gym. I’ve been going for almost two years, and it has changed my life for the better. I am stronger, healthier and went down three sizes. In my first eight months I lost 30 pounds. I’ve since lowered my cholesterol and blood sugar levels, reduced my body fat and even increased my bone density score by 6 points. And, I’m sleeping better!

I used to hate going to the gym, but I genuinely enjoy the classes at Underground Gym. It’s a down-to-earth place with friendly people. The 30 minute classes are efficient and effective. - kettle bell training, body weight exercises, and incorporate cardio.

I was nervous when I first started, but Sergei, Eric, and Lana immediately put me at ease. They took the time to explain everything, and I simply followed their guidance and kept on going. Everyone works at their own pace, and Sergei and Eric are always paying attention to form and offering helpful corrections. Despite having a bad back and knee before joining, I have yet to to injure them. Instead, I am now doing squats while holding weights.

I highly recommend Underground Gym. If you attend classes and follow Lana’s healthy eating guidance, you will see results!”

“I have been going to Orangetheory for about 8 years now,
I always feel better after a workout and it helps a lot with my energy and focus during the day.

The Middletown studio is awesome (very clean). The coaches are fun and have great music.

I also like seeing the stats from the heart rate monitor. It definitely pushes me to work a little harder and stay in the Orange so I get the most out of my time there.

The workouts are always different and can be as challenging as you want them to be.

The coaches are always willing to help you augment the workout to your abilities. There are people of all ages and fitness levels in my classes.

If you are looking for something to hold you accountable and build a consistent routine this is a wonderful option. (the best one I could find).”

“I joined Critical Mass January 2021, right after moving to the county, with Ken as my trainer. Went out on a medical leave and then came back at some point in March or April 2021. After doing countless one on one sessions Ken convinced me to come to class during one of the CM challenges. I never did a class and was convinced it wasn't for me for the longest time, till Ken convinced me to try class. Have been going to class ever since AND continuing to do one on one with Ken. I have had 2 trainers prior to Ken and NEVER saw as much progress as I have with Ken. Completed me second, MassFest, a lifting competition for many gym members to earn PRs, cheer on peers, and truly think the group of people are inspiring to watch and makes me want to continue to do better. As for Ken, he not only inspires you but knows your strength more than you do, and pushes you to reach beyond your full potential. I have never felt stronger in my life then at this point, and this is after being athletic in high school. Ken and Critical Mass are the sole reason for that. If you are debating on a gym or debating on a trainer, search no farther than Critical Mass and Ken”

“The owners, staff, and trainers are top notch. Spacious fitness center with a ton space, great classes from aqua fit (in the amazing pool area), strength class, total body conditioning, cardio ball and a ton of others with great space that is very well utilized.
The personal trainers give you a choice of working downstairs in the gym or you can get the vip treatment upstairs away from the hustle of the gym.

“I go to the Monday night yoga class with Andrea. She is amazing, she is one of if not the best yoga teacher I’ve been to. She starts by asking us what we want to work on, any soreness, she’s in tune, she’s fun. If she leaves I’ll downgrade my membership. I also have done Regina’s classes too and she’s great I just can’t make Thursdays In general the equipment is clean, good, staff are always friendly, hours are good.”

“I am not technically a Relentless member, but I would be if I lived closer! I am Coach Alyssa's Aunt and want to share how much she helped me. I have been having severe shoulder pain with limited range of motion for many months. I could barely lift anything or even put my arm into the sleeve of my jacket without difficulty. As an RN for over 30 years, my body has had a lot of wear and tear, and I figured this was something I would just have to deal with. Of course, as a nurse, I am the worst patient! Anyways, Coach Alyssa saw I was having difficulty, listened to my symptoms, and gave me a few simple exercises and stretches to do. I have been doing them and am SO happy to say my pain is much lessened and my range of motion is much improved! I really can't thank her enough! The Relentless crew is so lucky to have Coaches like Alyssa and Dana!”

“I go here for the pool only as the water is the only thing my joints can tolerate. Love the pool and the fact it is saline. I love going and feel good when I'm done. I'm making progress. I wish they had a larger pool, but I understand the facility is small. The front ambassadors are very friendly as well as the other staff members I see. However, I don't find their marketing manager to be friendly or helpful in the registration process. In a place like this, you'd expect your sales manager to be personable and approachable and she lacks those qualities both on the phone and in person. Sorry.”

“My 2 year old LOVED open gym in the bitty bouncers room. It was very clean and safe for him to run around, jump, climb and explore! There were 2-3 coaches in the room that were helping the kids and making sure they were safe. I also loved that open gym was right before nap time. My son keeps asking to go back and we definitely will.”

“Great club, clean, plenty of Clorox wipes for benches and machines, equipment is well-maintained. Emily was very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. They have a smoothie bar and other amenities as well and plenty of open space. Was able to get on equipment no problem people of all different levels of fitness train here and it’s a very welcoming environment”
