The entire process from scheduling an appointment to getting my car back was very easy. They have a courtesy car service which was extremely helpful. The guys answered all my questions and gave recommendations for the options that I have.
Based on all the cars on the lot, they have a lot of experience particularly with VAG cars.

I began using JA Autowerks as an alternative to the overpriced and inconvenient servicing of the dealer(s). The service, assistance, and recommendations, that John and his technicians have provided have always been first-rate, reasonable, and appropriate. I have, and will continue to, recommend JA Autowerks to all my friends and family for service of their cars, particularly European brands. Still 5 star service!

Brought my VW Alltrack to JA Autowerks because I wanted to be confident I would use a mechanic who knew European cars, and specifically German vehicles. I could have gone to the dealer, but I've found their customer service and work to be lacking and overly expensive. JA Autowerks did a fantastic job servicing my car as well as providing me with a loaner for the time they were doing the work. The car came back running perfectly, and clean - both inside and out. I would highly recommend JA Autowerks for anybody who needs work on a European vehicle, although I'm sure they would do a great job on a domestic car as well.

I recently took my VW GLI to JA Autowerks for some much-needed repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. They took the time to explain the issues with my car in detail and provided a clear and fair estimate.
The repair work was top-notch. My GLI now runs smoother than ever, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the service. The team at JA Autowerks clearly knows their stuff when it comes to VWs, and their expertise really shows.

I found JA Autowerks after looking for an alternative to the dealer when my 2018 A5 started driving in limp mode. I decided to give JA a call after reading the reviews. The JA team was very responsive and after assessing my car, the guys gave me a reasonable quote without any pressure for additional services. They work was completed on time and Jeremy was kind enough to follow up a few days later to ensure I was completely satisfied. It's been approximately 6 months since my car was serviced and everything is still running smooth. I highly recommend JA Autowerks for your euro car repair.

I was visiting family in NJ and my 2019 BMW 5-Series blew a hose and began leaking coolant. I contacted JA Autowerks and they were not only able to squeeze me in but they repaired the vehicle within 2 business days. The price was more than fair and the level of communication was superb. They called me updates daily and arranged an after hours pickup. I would highly recommend going to JA Autowerks for any of your vehicle needs.

Went to JA Autowerks with my Audi last year with a laundry list of overdue repairs needed and John took the time with me as a first time customer and did an amazing job of sharing his expertise. They also found additional repairs needed ahead of time that the dealership missed. Mark and Jeremy are very professional and friendly, have competitive rates, have great car loaners and follow up with phone calls and texts, including coupon mailings for discounts, for a very personalized service. A year later, they continue to provide excellence with every repair visit at a similar level as the dealership. AAA rating!

Brought my 2004 Porsche cayenne in with various issues due to age….exhaust, hatch and rear window support replacement and water collecting in doors etc due to blocking from debris. They were very responsive in telling me what needed to be fixed and timeline for repairs and costs. Happy with service and will use them again.
