Will not shop in this location. The staff is very rude, I'm not sure why but I feel they are rude to a point of it being a very uncomfortable shopping experience. Mind you, my last interaction in this store when i tried to return a Christmas shirt the first week of January and they refused to take it back stating they'd already shipped their holiday clothes out of the store.

What a terrible experience I have continued to have at your Shrewsberry location. Thousands and thousands of dollars down the drain. We had bought & were gifted NUMEROUS items before our child was born. Unfortunately, he did not fit any of it since he was extremely large. WITH receipts & within the required time frame - I was told they could not take any items back because you were going out of business. Come to find out, you clearly never did but were bought out by another

Snob and a half. I'd like to echo the sentiments from the other customers about Claire. Listen, Lady, you work in a baby store. If a customer comes in and is excited to talk to you about their grandchild, try to perk up and humor them with a smile. Especially if that customer is ready to spend lots of money in your store. You are selling baby clothes in NJ. Try to get over yourself. Leave the attitude at home.

I absolutely love this brand and was a frequent shopper for my son. Unfortunately, the store only carries up to a size 5 and at times a 6. Even though my son is 4, he wears a 7 and I would love the opportunity to at least try the size on him. Since they do only carry a select amount of sizes in store, (anything above a six needs to be ordered) offering at least one item in each size so parents can try it on the kiddos and check fit would be amazing. Sadly, this is not the case and I do not want to risk ordering the wrong size and going through the hassle of returning/exchanging. They also do not have many shoe sizes in stock. The women were helpful to me in the store but couldn't do much. Only selling certain sizes has definitely made them lose me as a customer-still love the brand though!

Beautiful, quality clothes that last through several children in my case active grandsons. I love the staff and have shopped here for years. Claire the owner is helpful and always polite to her customers when I was shopping and I must say some people were quite rude to her. The clothes are high end and do go on sale several times a year with friends and family discounts. The line is out the door at theses times. I do love this place and now I just need a granddaughter.

Claire the counter lady and the rest of the older lady's there are absolutely miserable nasty lady's! I've been to this location twice now and I absolutely refuse to spend money there. Thank goodness for online shopping. The nasty comments Claire made to me and my young sister were atrocious. Called to make a complaint months ago and never received a call back from there district manager. So sad. Cute clothes but HORRIBLE workers.

One star for great quality clothing. I've never been so appalled as I was with Janie and Jack's hostile service toward me for no good reason I suspect it may have been because I looked like a tire kicker and not an actual shopper. Truth is, I'll keep shopping there because I like the clothes for my boy. But geez, an apology is due I'll tell ya!

Great service, excellent quality clothes! The staff is always warm and inviting, and willing to go above and beyond to help you find the perfect outfit.
