On the to visit grinds in Rumson, I realized I forgot to pack a 2nd pair of pants. Used google maps to find a women’s clothing store on the way. Haven’t shopped at Loft for year but remember good experience the past. This one was great- much on sale and I found 2 perfect pair. Unfortunately most of the pant are skinny leg but found some straight cut.

This store in the Grove is a great place to pop in and pick up something cute! They have a great selection of items in all sizes, and their sale selection is always robust. Their sales staff is friendly and very helpful. The dressing rooms are always neat and clean. Plenty of parking right in front.

With the merge of Loft and Lou & Grey website, I confirmed by calling the toll free number before going to the store that we should be able to return Lou & Grey items to the Loft store. My sister was recently able to return a L&G item to a different Loft store. This store did not let me return and did not even try looking up the items saying it would not be in the system. These items I was returning are currently on the Loft website under Lou & Grey... They were helpful in providing shipping bags to return but I did not want to pay the shipping fee which is why I went to the store in the first place. If the Lou & Grey store was still open, I would have returned there. I know this merge is new but I believe the new policies need to be communicated better to the store.
