IM NOT ONE OF THOSE TO POST REVIEWS BUT IM SO UPSET WITH THE SERVICE FROM THIS SALON. SHOULD'VE HAD LISTEN TO MY DAUGHTER WHEN SHE TOLD ME THE REVIEWS ARE NOT GREAT THERE. 2 DAYS AFTER GETTING A MANICURE AND PEDICURE AND PAYING EXTRA $10 TO GET A NAILS POLISH THAT LAST LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS MY NAILS CHIP FROM THE SIDE AND LETS NOT EVEN MENTIONED THE HORRIBLE PEDICURE I GOT THE NAIL TECHNICIAN BARELY TOUCH MY CUTICLES DIDNT CLEAN THE SIDE OF MY TOES THE SAND FROM THE BEACH WAS STILL THERE. I HAD TO COME HOME AND BASICALLY RE DO MY PEDICURE. YES IM A NAIL LICENSED TECHNICIAN AND I KNOW HOW YOU SUPPOSED TO CLEAN NAILS. SORRY BUT IM SO UPSET NOT ONLY THE AMOUNT OF $ I PAID BUT MY TIME WASTE.

I went to this salon for the first time today and I had a great experience. Micki was excellent, welcoming and friendly. She did such a great job on my gel pedi. I also opted in for the extra foot massage which was excellent. Thank you so much!

Went for the 1st time 2 days ago and will never go back! They were rushing my services and cut my finger so badly that it wouldn't stop bleeding. I'm still wearing a bandaid. She pinched my toe during my pedicure which also made me flinch. I was nervous the entire time, not relaxing at all! I should have walked out. Never again!

I have been going to this salon for years because their location and hours were convenient. When the new owners took over, the previous technicians all left. The services since then have been ok, but I had a gel mani and pedi two weeks ago and I probably won’t be going back based on my experience. The technician cut two of my fingers and they were bleeding. My nails looked nice but my gel started lifting 3 days later and I was able to literally peel it all off in minutes. Too expensive for service that is not high quality. I will be finding a new salon.

Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I never take time to write reviews, but after yesterday here I am.. pretty much, the girl that did my pedi was great. The woman who was supposed to do my French mani couldn’t get draw the French line design and ultimately let me know that she couldn’t do it and no one else that worked there could either apparently (her words). I asked the front desk woman (who runs the place?) if someone else could help.. she and my og nail tech started arguing and then I got moved to someone else who didn’t seem too happy about it either… this new lady asked the first lady if she even polished my nails because they looked messed up and she swiped acetone over them making the gel look dull/like it wasn’t there. She also couldn’t draw the French line and the natural tip of my nail was still showing..by this point I’m like ok I’ll just pick a color.. front desk woman comes over and is frustrated that I’m not liking the attempts at this mani so I start to feel uncomfortable because I’m not trying to let these women feel bad for trying.. so I’m like I gotta go and I’m crying by this point. I go to the front and she tries to charge for me the mani that I never got. She didn’t cut my cuticles, finish the coats, etc. Even the woman who originally tried was like don’t charge her and when I said that the front desk woman was like “she’s only saying that because you complain” …well yeah because she couldn’t do what I came here for. I’m like crying crying now just trying to get out of there (I paid for my pedi) and now she’s literally laughing in my face and I said something about that and she’s like “yep I am”… I didn’t yell. I wasn’t rude. I still tipped when I left… but good lord. This is not how you treat people. There are better places to go and this is not one of them.

Cut my finger open and bleeding. Took almost two hours to do the worst acrylic refill I’ve ever seen. My refill usually takes 45 minutes but I wasted two hours for my nails to be bumpy and uneven. Kept cutting my fingers and then apologizing instead of figuring out how to do it right. I was also gonna get a french tip design but clearly that would’ve been a disaster and an extra hour so I decided not to. My sister got a pedicure and got her toe cut and bleeding too. The women at the front desk is also the rudest and clearly hates her job and the customers. I’d drive an hour to get my nails done instead of coming back here.

I went in today to have regular polish removed from my toes and requested gel polish. I was unable to get a pedicure as I had a cut on my foot and didn’t want chancing an infection.
I was there about 15 mins. Did not soak in tub, no massage, no scrubbing or anything. The mgr charged me 55.00 until I complained because I did not get a pedicure. She then lowered the price to 50 which is still obsurd for polish change. I will never go back there again (have been a regular for almost a year) and do not suggest others to go there.I did call their other salon in Colts Neck to be told the charge would be 40.00.
Also the last time I was there the girl kept cutting and hurting me and then grabbing the top of my foot. Had to keep telling her to stop - and pulling away from her. Time for a new salon and hope that the owners see all these horrid reviews before they lose even more business.

Don't ever come here. My niece got her nails done and they were awful. She had a gift card which they won't honor. She asked for acrylics they gave her gels. They cut up her cuticles and her nails look like they are about to fall off. The paint job is the so bad. They look like my six year old painted them. The service was awful the people working there are extremely rude and they rip people off. They charged $105 for a full awful set.
Seriously beware of this place.

Jina is the best tech in the business! She has my fingers and toes looking beautiful all the time and is incredibly sweet and personable! People at desk could be kinder to customers.

I have many things to say, I scheduled an appointment for three people today at 3:30 and did not walk out the door until five 5:45 . The prices of these nails were absurd. My acrylic full set was $105. while my friends of the same full set was 80. these prices are not shared beforehand, so customers are unaware of what they are paying. We showed up 15 minutes early to our appointment and one of the people did not start their nails until 430. This is unacceptable. This establishment should not exist. there is a reason they have two stars. One of my nails is very crooked and when I asked my technician to change it, she told me that would be changed by the end, it was not. Besides the high prices and extensive wait time, and 2 hours of nail shaping the staff was not helpful and unfriendly. It's safe to say I will never be coming back.
