Parking was horrible which I assumed a few days after Christmas. Customer service agent inside wasn’t the nicest; gave me an attitude after dropping off a return. I originally started the exchange through the app which they told me to go to one of the stores….i literally did what they told me to do but this guy says I was wrong. Whatever.

The store is organized and clean and offers everything from sneakers to workout garments, including XS sizes. Unfortunately, they don’t carry XXS or petites, but the salespeople can order XXS for you and have it shipped to your home.
I was looking for yoga pants and found high-waisted options with pockets in various neutral and fun colors. They also have fitting rooms where you can adjust the lighting to your mood. The rooms are spacious and equipped with a bar for a quick barre workout to see how the clothes feel during exercise.
The quality of the clothes is excellent, and the salespeople were very helpful. If you can’t find your size or desired color, they can order it for you.

Came here to shop for my girl, because it is a women line store, manager Chris was super helpful, i will come back here strictly because of his help and knowledge on the product, he did what he could to get me the sizing i needed and other options if they didnt have the size of what i wanted.. overall. Im comin back because of the manager making is a nice experience

Tall manager with glasses was very rude (I believe his name is Chris) I personally overheard him and another employee mocking a customer behind their back, they must’ve thought nobody could hear them but the wall they were behind is literally a fabric curtain so I heard every word. This store does a really good job of making everyone who walks in extremely uncomfortable and I’d rather just shop online than be forced to interact with anybody who works here. There’s a few decent employees but when the head of the store is openly mocking somebody it’s a bad look for your store and brandEdit: I’ve been reading other reviews here and people have been complaining about the friendliness of the staff literally since the store opened, seems I’m not the only one to experience these issues yet the store hasn’t done anything to change that

I really like this store albeit I've only been here twice. Selection is great and they carry some dunks and retros that are few and far between other Nike stores. The thing this store is lacking - this happened both times - is customer service hence the 3-star review. Now don't get me wrong, associates are nice when you approach them but it looked like a lot of them didn't know what to do with themselves and were standing around bs-ing. I was looking at the selection of sneakers on the wall and noticed another patron was too. No one came up to us and asked us for help. I must've been looking at that wall and tossing it up between a couple of pairs but still, no one offered to help or see if I had questions let alone ask what size I wanted to try on. I have to chalk this one up to management - train your team to approach customers and not wait around until they seek help. Be a better example and by the epitome of customer service. Worst case, the customer says I'm just looking and don't need help.
