We just purchased a purple mattress from the purple store at the Grove in Shrewsbury. My husband and I were trying different beds for months before we decided to buy the purple… Our consultant Dawn was the absolute best! We never felt pressure. We just got great information and reassurance that our purchase was protected and that we had the ability to change our mind and that it wasn’t difficult at all if we did… Well, fast forward, three weeks later and we love our bed! I highly recommend the mattress and even more highly recommend working with Dawn! Thank you so much! We are happy purple sleepers!

My wife and I came here to purchase a new mattress and base. Dylan was incredibly helpful and made it a very straight forward process and explained how the Purple technology works. Would recommend this store to everyone.

Went to the Shrewsbury store for a pillow. The sales associate, Samatha was incredible. She placed my order as it wasn't in stock, but sent me home with the medium to try out. She called back immediately after placing the order (having website issues) and followed up with consecutive calls. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. Fast forward, she was right, the Harmony pillow is awesome!

Wife and I went to the showroom with no intention of buying a mattress but just wanted to try out the different styles. We were greeted by Dylan and he was amazing! He was very friendly and helpful, as with the other staff in the store. After trying several different mattresses and having such a great and friendly experience with Dylan, we decided to just buy the mattress and bedframe then and there. We love our new bed set up. We tried a lot of different places like mattress firm but were really turned off by the sales people. But at Purple, the experience was very pleasant and easy. Thank you!

My husband and I recently visited this location in Shrewsbury and were greeted by Jeni. Not only did we purchase a mattress but got pillows as well. She was so knowledgeable about the mattresses and differences with each and I appreciated her very kind demeanor as I had asked a lot of questions as I knew this would be a big purchase for us. Her “not pushy” positive attitude made us very relieved as the store set up in the front almost makes you feel you’ll be pushed into a sale and that was very much the opposite experience for us. I highly suggest working with Jeni if you can!

Bought an adjustable bed frame last week. Dylan and Emily were so helpful. Answered all our questions and the bed frame is. 10/10 great store!

Absolutely horrible experience. Staff led me to believe everything I purchased was risk-free but I later found out that the mechanical bed is not returnable. Once the payment is made, staff will not help you. They send you to corporate. Delivery team caused thousands of dollars in damages to my home and floors. Refused to take shoes off or wear shoe covers. Lied and said bed frame was not on truck. When they saw me calling Purple, they stated they found it but it was too heavy to carry so they dismantled it in the rain in the street. Vibration function on frame never worked. Then unit began malfunctioning. Mattress is subpar. $7,000 ripoff.
