I’ve been a customer here on and off for a while now. I hate to write this review as most of the women who work here are extremely sweet. What brought me to write this review was my recent experience here, I got my lashes done and they fell off 2 days later, my eyes looked like I hadn’t gotten a fill in 4 weeks. I know lashes shed daily, so I got a fill and the same thing happened again within a few days, I called the salon and someone insisted I’d need to pay for a 1 week fill. I refused to pay the fill price since the lashes were done poorly. I was able to get a fix up with a different tech, but the issue remains. With that being said, my negative review isn’t towards the techs, but more towards the owners. The techs that I have encountered lack experience, as someone who knows how to do lashes, I know how difficult lashing could be, which is why I never blame the techs. I have had my bottom lashes glued to my top lashes at my last 3 appointments. Separating them is an extremely uncomfortable experience. I have multiple lashes that are stuck together and it is painful as they grow out. I am someone who does lash shampoos and maintains my lashes in an appropriate way. The prices that are being charged at Sutra are prices that lash techs who have MULTIPLE years of experience charge. We are test subjects for girls who are starting out in the industry and the health of my lashes are suffering due to this. There is so much more that I can add BUT management needs to provide more training to their techs or adjust their prices based on the level of experience their techs have. I have attached photos of my lashes that were done TWO weeks ago. It’s frustrating to pay $75 for a fill every 3 weeks and look like I haven’t had my lashes done in months.

Horrible!!!! The first time i went the threading was great but the tinting awful job!!! But i gave them a second chance and they did a horrible job!!!!!!!! Save your money and go somewhere else!!! Always loved it here- been going for over 8 years- but the past 3x I’ve made an appt, I’ve showed up on time and had to wait 20min at least. Sometimes more like 30 min. And then they would take a few girls before me that didn’t have an appt and say “they have been waiting way longer than you.” I asked when their appt was and they said they didn’t have one.Why make an appt when walk ins go first and you don’t follow the schedule?It’s a shame bc I love it there! I got my eyelashes done here from so called “the best lash tech” and they came out horrible. I got them done friday and they were almost all out by monday! I’ve gotten lashes before from different places and this has unfortunately been the worst. I will never be coming back here and i do not recommend the lash extensions, go to highbrow-lash bar so much better!Service: Eyelash extensions

I’m actually in shock… they offered half off because it was my first time.Honestly. The nail salon down the street does a better job. I wanted a natural hybrid look, the lashes were clumped together and look extremely synthetic. I mean I get they’re fake lashes.. but I honestly thought the quality would have been better… I had to go home and cut them to my liking.I was not happy to say the least.The eyebrow threading though, that was awesome.
