“We can’t say enough good things about this daycare and the team that makes it so special.

Both of our sons attended here—our youngest started at 6 months old and our oldest at 18 months. After experiences at two previous daycares, we were nervous about finding the right fit. Looking back, the waitlist was absolutely worth it.

From day one, our children loved coming here. Even now, after transitioning to another program, they still return for aftercare and are genuinely excited to walk through the doors. That says everything.

What stands out most is how deeply the staff knows and cares about each child. Teachers, administrators, and support staff all knew our boys by name, understood their personalities, celebrated their birthdays and milestones, and made them feel known and valued. They also did an incredible job supporting sibling relationships, creating opportunities for our boys to spend time together and helping them navigate big feelings when needed. Those moments meant so much to our family.

Communication has always been excellent. The teachers consistently shared updates through the app, communicated milestones and concerns, and partnered with us on developmental goals. We especially appreciated the parent-teacher conferences and check-ins, which helped us better support our children both at school and at home.

The facilities are clean, well-maintained, and full of engaging activities. There is always something fun, educational, and age-appropriate happening. We also appreciated the strong focus on safety, security, and allergy awareness.

Most importantly, we always knew our children were safe, cared for, and loved. Trusting someone else with your children is one of the hardest things parents can do, and this team earned that trust every single day.

A special thank you to Tina for her outstanding leadership and to the many teachers who made such an impact on our family over the years. Our boys still talk about Ms. Taylor, Ms. Margie, Ms. Dina, Ms. Amber, Ms. Didi, Ms. Michelle, Ms. D, Ms. Jessica, Ms. Journey, Ms. Lisa, and Ms. Elena. There are so many others who cared for, encouraged, and celebrated our children that it’s impossible to name everyone, but please know how grateful we are for each of you.

We are incredibly grateful for our time here, the friendships we made, and the community we found. This daycare truly feels like an extension of our family, and we would recommend it wholeheartedly to any parent looking for a place where their children will be known, nurtured, and loved.

“I had no intention to send my son to daycare, but after a family emergency left us in need of childcare we enrolled him here, and I am so glad we did. The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, it’s a place where everybody truly knows your name and your child’s name. The students are engaged throughout the day in a variety of activities and they even offer special events for parents to join in.
Today is my son’s last day, and I am genuinely sad to say good-bye after a wonderful 16 months. If our town didn’t have universal PK, he’d still be with the wonderful staff at the Tintin Falls TLE.”

“It’s been three years since I started sending my son to First Steps Early Learning Center, and I must say it’s one of the best learning centers in the neighborhood. The owners, Mr. Ricky and Mrs. Jennifer, are extremely kind and understanding. They truly make you feel like part of one big family, which I believe is so important for any learning center. Darren is more reserved, and they took the time to help him feel comfortable at his own pace. Jen is outgoing, and they’ve done a great job keeping her engaged and excited.

One of my favorite aspects of The Learning Tree is its small size. My daughter’s class had two teachers for just eight students, which provided so much individual attention and care. She came home every day happy, excited, and full of stories about what she had learned. From songs and letters to important lessons about sharing, patience, and kindness, she grew so much during her time there.

“Can’t recommend the Growing Tree enough! We started my daughter in the infant room when she was a little over 1 year old after not loving another daycare in the area. On day 1, she seemed to feel comfortable and happy and the teachers were incredible. She’s now 2 and in the toddler room and thriving. She’s always happy at drop off and pickup and I know she is having fun while she’s there. Highly recommend checking them out!”

“I would definitely recommend Lightbridge Academy to any parent! My twins started attending at just six months old with Miss Cynthia and Miss Kayah, who treated my babies as if they were their own. They helped me establish a routine, which has made a huge difference. Now, my children are in the next class with Miss Taylor and Miss Z, who are both very attentive and always teaching my kids new things. I also appreciate that they regularly send photos, keeping me updated throughout the day.

The daycare itself is very clean, and the cameras are a huge bonus for me as a parent. The director, Miss Stephanie, along with Kate, are absolutely amazing!! They genuinely care about the children and are always extremely helpful to parents.

“My son transferred to Spice Tree from a corporate daycare center, and I can truly say that it’s his Home Away from Home. The own Jen is so passionate about what she does, she cares for her staff, so there is little turnover, and she knows and loves every kid and family under her care. One of the hardest decisions is choosing childcare for the loves of your life, and Spice Tree has made that decision so much easier, as I see it in my sons face every day as he smiles so big when we pull up to the school. The teachers are seasoned and design developmentally appropriate activities for the children, and communicate regularly with families on progress and concerns. The facilities are clean, and most importantly, secure. There are several activities/events held throughout the year that are the icing on the cake for an already all-inclusive school experience. I could not be happier, and highly recommend Spice Tree School for a nurturing, learning experience for your child! My son started in the infant room and just moved up to the toddler room, and the teachers slowly transitioned him, and informed me when he was ready. There’s no place else I would bring my son!
