“Met with kristin today, she explained to me how the public storage rental unit process works. I described what i believed what i needed based on what was left in my home, she gave me a couple of recommendations took the time to show me different units. Explained the benefits of climate controlled vs non climate control which helped me make the decision to get the unit . She was great if there was more then 5 stars she would of gotten more. You should be proud to have an associate like her in your company.”

Storage facilities can be a commodity but great people are hard to come by. Dave in particular stands out. He was always pleasant to engage with, eager to help find solutions when I needed to make changes, and reliably and calmly resolved any issues that came up. I would use this facility again.”
