My experience at Sephora was great! My friends and I were putting yellow face paint on our faces, looking like minions for our Halloween costumes. Alice from Drunk Elephant at Sephora helped up so much. She helped us clean up our area, clean our faces off (we couldn’t do it ourselves), and gave us recommendations for products to buy. I will definitely be coming back and buying these products. Thanks, again!

I was trying to exchange a product to a different color that a previous associate gave me bad advice on buying and I was forced to pay more money because I used my rewards on the original purchase. It was the same product but a different color. Very bad customer service by the manager. Avoid this store.

If you need any assistance at Sephora in Shrewsbury, Elizabeth is your girl! I recently met Elizabeth and she assisted me with my purchase. She CARED about my concerns, listened to my needs and gave me the best advice. She was honest and real, not looking to make a quick sale by selling me any product - instead creating a relationship built on amazing customer service. I will only shop with Elizabeth’s advice moving forward. Thank you Elizabeth!!

Looking back at some of the recent negative reviews, it’s obvious that the store manager, and/or whoever is responding to customer feedback, doesn’t truly “strive” to make this store a positive experience for for anyone except the teenagers. The store is a wreck and the manager actually used the excuse of “a lot of kids coming in the store” as a reason it’s this way. It was in exactly the same condition when I was here at the beginning of this year. Guess I’ll “Ulta-mitley” have to go elsewhere. Good riddance!

Please stop allowing unattended kids to wander around the store. This store is a hot, filthy mess. All the testers are smeared, leaking, cracked, broken, stolen… you name it. All because absent parents drop off their kids at Sephora while they go shopping at Pottery Barn and William Sonoma. And management allows this! Sephora is not a playground or a substitute babysitter.I can easily spend $200+ every time I come here. But when I went to try the new Westman Atelier and Dior products, I couldn’t because the testers were smeared all over the displays. Even the products that are for sale have makeup stains all over the exterior packing because kids play with the testers and then go and touch everything on the shelves. If I’m going to spend $68 on a foundation, I expect to be able to try it first. Sephora is a luxury shopping experience, but you don’t feel that here when testers are damaged, displays are filthy, or when you see some tween touching everything with her grubby fingers and putting the lipstick testers directly onto her lips. This is a high-end shopping strip, but you wouldn’t know it if you saw the state of this store.The employees here are very sweet, but please, I beg, stop allowing children to come in here without an adult.

Had a great experience at this store while doing Instacart. This was my first Instacart order at Sephora. Anybody that Instacart knows finding items in an unfamiliar store could be challenging, but as soon as I entered the store, beyond the greeter associate, I met Nick. Nick helped me select every item on my order. He went out of his way to be kind and accommodating. Because of Nick I completed the order and made a lot of money on a single order. Nick was a pleasure to deal with. He knew every item location in record time. Hope to work with him again at this location.

Horrible customer service. The girls that work there are very obnoxious and rude. Have no work ethic. Store is also a mess and I would avoid using testers. Since most of them seem to have mold on them.

The salespeople, who were in a group of 3 talking among themselves, and others scattered throughout the stores never once asked me if I needed help. When I approached the group of three and asked one, they reluctantly helped me, but with an attitude. Really? Makes me never want to go back there.

I went to get help finding a concealer shade. I don’t wear a lot of makeup and finding the right undertone can be hard but a nice girl named Alisha helped match me with the absolute perfect shade. We tried multiple colors and she seemed to really care about finding the right color and not just selling me anything. The color we chose was such perfect shade I’m so happy.

I had a problem with a Sephora giftcard that could not be resolved despite many attempts speaking with customer service via telephone. As a last ditch effort I went into the store. It was a very busy Saturday afternoon, but Tiffaniey, the store manager, spent all the time necessary (almost an hour, not her fault at all) to deal with two different telephone customer service departments. She did not give up despite getting no help from the giftcard department of Sephora. Tiffaniey truly saved the day and over $80 I thought would be lost. And Tiffaniey was incredibly kind and patient.Truly, my daughter and I always get excellent customer service here.

All the workers are kind except for one lady who didn’t wear a name tag but supposedly worked there screamed in me & another girls face as we didn’t know we weren’t allowed to open the drawers. She was ridiculously rude & should be fired for how she treated 2 of her costumers. Don’t go here if you want to deal with rude people like that. I will never be returning.

Stopped by for some things and chatted with Manager Tiffany as she was cleaning a mess on the floor. Rarely do I see a manager on her hands and knees doing the dirty work. Both herself and her staff were working so incredibly hard and it is absolutely noticed by two people who have also worked as managers in customer service jobs. Tiffany was such a treat to talk with and even gave us a couple goodies which was totally unnecessary but absolutely appreciated. Thank you so so much Tiffany, your have made our experience so nice today despite the craziness in store!

thank you Graciela at the register! I can't tell you what it means to have a human being these days, who was smart and in tune, kind aware. Phenomenal customer service. Even though I usually go to Freehold, I will travel to the store from now on. smart lady!!

what a mess. besides the music always being inappropriately loud (even at 10:00 am), the displays look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. walked in needing a shampoo, conditioner, some new make-up and face cleanser. thought this would be my one stop shop, but the experience was so off putting (and gross) i walked out w/o anything. for what it's worth, the staff was friendly. it's clearly the management that needs improving.
