Worst staples ever!!! Printing department needs to get trained how to treat customers... was there over one hour , needed help with printing items and orders. They barely spoke and took an interest to help. A couple of customers left very disappointed... left and went to ocean staples store! What a difference! Best customer service!!! The young lady helped me all the way and I was done in 2O mins. She went above and beyond to help me get my prints perfect! Wish I took her name because she deserves a raise or promotion! Even though it's out of the way this is my new staples! Not one star for Schesbury staples. But had to give in order to post!

when there are in total 5 costumers in the entire store and 2 clerks are talking about the glorious cheesecake factory instead of asking a customer if they need help?

Today I went to staples store at Shrewsbury .I got a great professional service by CaylenShe was so helpful for me .I am 70 years old and I have no idea how to make the print I needed.. she did a great job making my print with a great smile and so patient ..Thank you so much Caylen. Appreciate your kind,time and great effort you did with me

I went to create a Christmas Card without any idea of how to do it. Cathlyn from printing walked me through from beginning to end. She was knowledgeable, professional and an asset to Staples.

Went to get school supplies for our grandkids and a staff member Pam couldn’t be more helpful. Pam took care of all our needs and we were able to find everything for the kids. Thank you Pam and staples for hiring such good people

Customer service at this location is horrible. The staff are rude. Had to get some printing done for my small business. Believe quoted prices were inflated because the person working behind the counter didn't want to assist. Very unprofessional.

$2.50 per page to send a fax? I won't be back. I had to enter all the info myself -- I'm doing all the work and it costs me $23.

Jada was extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. I had ordered something to be printed and when I went to pick it up, she was extremely rude right off the bat. Rather than trying to help as a good customer service person would, she was completely dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve gotten many things printed at staples and have never encountered an issue until being serviced by her.

I'm giving 5 stars based off my interaction with Katie in the Printing and Copy department. I came in yesterday morning shortly after they opened. Katie asked me if i needed help immediately, which i did. She quickly found my PDF that i needed to download to get my prints. She was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

This is an older and smaller Staples. But every time I’ve come here I have had a good experience. Quick service and good selection of products. However if you are looking to buy a tech item you’re better off going to the store in Ocean. The tech staff there is more knowledgeable.

I don't know her name, but the manager who was there this morning (super cute rainbow hair and nails) was honestly a godsent. Yesterday, due to a miscommunication with the staff at staples, i mistakenly purchased staples gift cards, thinking they functioned the same as visa gift cards. When I realized the mistake that was made, i was so nervous that i would not get my money back since staples gift cards are non refundable. The manager went out of her way to help me out and make sure that I got my money back. She went to the office in the back and spent time she could have used otherwise to make sure I would get my money. Honestly this manager should get a raise and be promoted because she demonstrated her skill and capability WITH compassion and grace, and there aren't many people like that. THANK YOU SO MUCH
